Well I don't think you can reach the secret otherwise (without the jelly), although I did that room without the jelly in my FWG runs that we't this far because it's way faster... As well as a lot more dangerous!
For some reason I find doing the intended strat of this room very, very hard. I guess my timing and neutral jump technique is no good. Any tips from the experts?
@@enneff Well I could possibly record my strat for this room right if you want (although I'd need your discord tag if you have one, or else I'll have to upload on RUclips which might take some time) I'm not explaining it with words cause it'll be too long and I'm pretty bad at explaining
It's actually easier without the jelly imo because you can have a specific strat that basically never fails, with the jelly tho, it's fairly easy but the neutral throw between the rooms is actually hard because if you don't wait enough you don't grab the jelly and if you wait too long you fall in the spikes, it's really painful I had to do many tries before taking it up there even though I am way better at the game now...
This room makes me wonder if, at some point between now and 4 years ago, Maddy was just sleeping one night then suddenly jolted awake and thought "oh fuck I forgot to teach them how to do neutrals"
going for farewell golden and im going to use the jelly to complete this room because the intended solution is pretty inconsistent, thanks for the help
This is probably going to sound stupid, but how do you let go of the jellyfish without throwing it? Ive tried letting go without any momentum, doesnt work, ive tried every button i can think of.
