This was a great video and I learned a lot ! I should've asked a question but I completely missed the video to drop a question in the comments for this Q&A. I wonder when is it the right time to discuss the topic of waiting ? I am certain that topic will come at some point between two people. Some say never mention it and others say discernment. As a woman that's waiting it's a sensitive topic and I'm unsure how to go about it. What are your take on this ?
I would say to bring it up early on when getting to know someone. So basically during the first few months of getting to know the person since at least for me, it’s a deal breaker, so I rather get it out of the way early on before getting attached to someone who I know won’t be a good match for me. It can be awkward to bring up but if you both want to pursue a relationship, I think it’s necessary and worth the potential awkwardness. This was a great video and I learned a lot ! I should've asked a question but I completely missed the video to drop a question in the comments for this Q&A. I wonder when is it the right time to discuss the topic of waiting ? I am certain that topic will come at some point between two people. Some say never mention it and others say discernment. As a woman that's waiting it's a sensitive topic and I'm unsure how to go about it. What are your take on this ?
I would say to bring it up early on when getting to know someone. So basically during the first few months of getting to know the person since at least for me, it’s a deal breaker, so I rather get it out of the way early on before getting attached to someone who I know won’t be a good match for me. It can be awkward to bring up but if you both want to pursue a relationship, I think it’s necessary and worth the potential awkwardness. Ultimately if the person is a good match for you and genuinely interested in you as well, they shouldn’t have an issue talking about it. God bless you! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
