      Those are autoclavable deli containers we use to establish plants in tissue culture.

    if I were to do this as an experiment adding a plant hormone to a test group and having a control group without the hormone at what stage would you recommend adding the hormone?

    • @PlantCellTechnology
      @PlantCellTechnology  Год назад

      Plant hormones are added at the multiplication and rooting stages. So, you carry out your experiment at these two stages with suitable hormones.

    is possible do same thing with philodendron spiritus sancti? or is much different?

    • @PlantCellTechnology
      @PlantCellTechnology  Год назад +1

      It will be a bit different. Try searching for the protocol for the specific species. But, if you can't find it, you can try this one. However, please do it on small scale.

      The answer is yes. Don't mix bleach and dish washing liquid is on the label. He dilutes the bleach to 2% and adds 2 drops of the dish soap. At those levels it shouldn't pose a threat to his health. If he made a sink full of soapy water and poured in straight bleach he might end up in the ER.
