That's amazing! Thanks, Laurel! We also have tissue culture blogs in case you want to refer to those for your studies: www.plantcelltechnology.com/blog/
Hello my friend! I’m a big fan of your videos! Would you be willing to do a video on tissue culture for cacti and succulents sometime? It would make my day!! Thanks for all of the great content 👍cheers!
if I were to do this as an experiment adding a plant hormone to a test group and having a control group without the hormone at what stage would you recommend adding the hormone?
It will be a bit different. Try searching for the protocol for the specific species. But, if you can't find it, you can try this one. However, please do it on small scale.
The answer is yes. Don't mix bleach and dish washing liquid is on the label. He dilutes the bleach to 2% and adds 2 drops of the dish soap. At those levels it shouldn't pose a threat to his health. If he made a sink full of soapy water and poured in straight bleach he might end up in the ER.
awesome video, thanks. it's helpful to see all the steps being performed in an efficient and practical way
Thanks for your love and support!
