This is one among your good initiatives. It really helps to check and correct posture if doing something wrong. And hence, make sure that we don't face any injury . Thank you Charlie ✨
I love these, my only request would be to learn more about shoulder alignment in these poses. For example here, do you round them or do you pull them back and down? Other than that these videos are great and really help provide depth!
Thank you for these break down of poses. I am looking for learning more, even after 4 plus years doing yoga. Also thank you for the pronunciation of the San skrit.
Can you please make a video about the hands and fingers positioning? I see you have your fingers slightly bent, while I usually hear they should be firmly press the ground. I am a bit confused, so appreciate your orientation about this.
Hey this is a personal preference for a lot of people. I like to keep my fingers bent so I can grip better with my fingertips as I find this is better for balance.
I love plank pose, but still cant lift my self up after caturangga back to plank aka full push up. Do you have any tips and trick to make it better? Thanks charlie appreciated
Hey you could try doing this with the knees down as a regression, then you could work up to having the knees off the mat to go from chaturanga to plank. Give it. ago, I hope it helps.
@@waterproofed Hi, that's a good idea. Thanks ill look into it for sure! I just need anything that's non slip. I bought a beautiful mat a bit ago and sadly it served best as a rug.

Thanks. Really needed this one. Really appreciating each of these with next month's challenge.

You pull the shoulders back down, away from the ears.

I appreciate you including the Sanskrit name!
Thank you miss Charlie you rock ✌️
Thank you ..these pose breakdowns are really helpful and ease working 😅😊
Thank you, my teacher, and I wait for more❤❤❤

Could you please make a video for middle split for beginners who have stiff hip?!
In which way do the elbows point? Do you need to rotate them out?
❤❤
Please suggest me something for knee pain
It happens when I hold warrior 2 or any knee bending pose for few seconds
WeShape has an easy strength training move for the muscle that causes knee pain when it's weak.
I suggest the pre-hab approach....alternate single leg knee bends using a solid chair
🙏🙏
I always thought the hips needed to be aligned with the shoulders 😮
Perfect. What mat are you using? All mine are slippery
Hi :) If you tend to get sweaty hands/feet when practicing, you could try a cork mat. With these, I finally feel stable in the downward-facing dog. :)

Best are 100% pure rubber / caouchouc mats, like from JadeYoga. Love them!
Another option for you to look at is the Lululemon “The mat”. I also used to slip on the mat and this type of material is what works best for me
@@hprisleg totally forgot about that place. Thank you!
Is it normal to have cervical pain while doing this??
😊😊❤❤
