I wish I had motivational & informative adults like you in my school teaching us. None of them prepared us for any of this. It really should be an mandatory class to every American High-school. They can’t just throw a goldfish into the sea and expect it to survive because it’s an adult fish. It’s a hard knock life for us.

I'm 15 and I really want a job because I want to earn my own money to buy my own stuff and my mom is struggling financially, so I want to help her. I talked about it to a few family members of mine but they tell me I should enjoy being a teenager and wait a little longer for the responsibilities that come with a job. Does anyone have any advice?
Update: After a lot of thinking I decided to get a job, so I applied to one, got an interview, and I got the job! I've been working there for over a month and I do not regret making this decision 😊thank you to the people that encouraged me to do this, it was a good idea. Saving Money is the first thing you need to learn and do when you're at your young age. Personally, I wasn't able to save money when I was at my young age NOT because I spent most of them to any nonsense things or entertainment things because I really hate doing those things. But I can only get the right amount of money to spend and I regretted the fact that I wasted all those days, instead of making some plans, I sticked to my common routine of spending money.
So save Money folks, its hard to make and earn Money nowadays so when you get a few bucks or cents, think first. ALWAYS Think First.
