Putong Bigas na Maumbok, Malambot at Pumuputok Napakadaling Gawin

Puto is a well known delicacy in the Philippines usually made from steamed rice flour. You can eat it on its own or sometimes with some Filipino dishes like “Dinuguan” or Pancit. Birthdays won’t be the same without Puto on their Menu.
Here I’ll be using rice flour instead of the usual rice grains soak overnight. I also added yeast to make the process faster rather than waiting for the rice to ferment overnight.
The procedure is so straightforward that’s why everyone could follow my recipe. It’s so easy to make yet the result is so satisfying.
