So glad I was in the thick of all of this, I attended countless concerts, 58 years old and I'm still riding the wave, the 80's cannot be touched... Yeah it was that good!!
@@quentinkaasa47 A few, for different reasons. Just about any Van Halen concert. Motley Crue knew how to put on a good show, too. Early Ratt played good concerts, less so later on...though it was at a Ratt concert where I first hear Poison who opened for them, and they kicked ass all over Ratt with half the stage size! While not metal, David Lee Roth's solo concerts were entertaining as hell.

The effect of the band turning into the blackboard and back is amazing for the 80's. I'm in awe. And it's just a little thing in the whole song/video. Really cool.
I got quite impressed by the same, and thought it was an edition trick (like a green screen, chroma, etc.) but it turns out it's much simpler, cheaper and quite old, yet still mind blowing and very clever. There's a rough "making of" video here in RUclips uploaded by the band's manager where you can see the same trick being pulled and recorded by a handheld camera, so it's not an edition trick. In one comment, a viewer asked about it and the manager said they used a scrim (yes, it's spelled like that), which is an openly woven fabric screen which appears opaque when stuff behind the screen is unlit, and conversely looks transparent when stuff behind the screen is lighted. It's similar to the two sided mirrors and even to normal curtains, like when you can see outside your home through curtains whithout being seen when lights are off.

They were pretty damn good live! I saw them back in 89 with Lita Ford and Dokken! Lita was so fine, she played "There's only one way to rock" by Sammy Hagar and man she was fucking amazing! I love her and Doro! Imagine. . . . . . ;)
80's hair metal ruled. Period.
Period? Lol I thought you meant girls getting their "periods ". Oops my bad lol
One word.
Nirvana
They ruled, in-between their periods, you mean?
@@keanuanddoggo8523 Two words.
Nirvana overrated
@ProgrammingFlaw 3489 and the spice girls buried nirvana lol. That was pathetic
Ain’t nothin hotter than an ‘80’s chick.
Models and celebrities, yeah... The average 80's chick? Not so much.
@@pdxmetal I beg to differ
Hair rules Glam Metal 80s from 70s Glam Rock 2 of the finest space energy decade times
Nope Ive seen my mums year book. The girls were far hotter@pdxmetal
@@pdxmetalLol! Maybe where your from but the girls where i live were absolutely hot back in the 80's.What do you have today Emo chicks that are pudgy loaded with stupid tattoos and put their hair in those stupid buns.LOL! You can have em
In the 80's, there was a band like this in every classroom. I really do miss those days.

Lucky to have been born in 71 to enjoy the great dance music..80s for breakdancing..MJ Prince Madonna etc..and Then we get gems like this and other rock/metal/classic rock etc..YEP..there is a reason our generation is the most loved and celebrated..
Look kiddies Entertaining video! Les Pauls! Musicianship! A cool break with an actual kicking guitar solo (not to mention the girls!) The way things were, the way things still should be.......
5150eddie dude that gold metal flake les paul is sweet as hell....
@@morrisadams539 ok dude. The fox news channel is that way ➡️➡️➡️➡️😂😂😂
Magnifique riff, surpuissants & entrainants. Son très lourd, la perfection ! merci Britny Fox.
Takes me back to my senior year of high school. I may not have been able to get a date to save my life, but loved rockin out to this video! I saw them in concert that year too. They were just as good live!
And you married a fat broad . You rock!
THE 80'S WERE THE BEST TIMES THAT I HAVE EVER HAD !!!!!!! IT'S A MIRACLE THAT I CAN EVEN REMEMBER THEM !!!!!
A very underrated rock group they were damn good I miss the 80s I'm a rocker through and through
as an 18 year old, i cant say i remember bands like this, because i wasn't alive :( but i am always gonna be a glam metal fan, it was the best, and it all seemed like a great time, i wish music dint go the way it did, rubbish now, but this music will never die
i bet, i'm jealous of anybody who experienced it, if i was alive at the time i would still be sitting here in Scotland wishing i could be at the Sunset Strip lol
Glam metal gets boring fast - try some Dio, Yngwie, Queensryche, 70's Sabbath, Joe Satch, Rainbow, Black Lace and TNT
Welcome to the real world
It was certainly my favorite era ever. I'm 48. I'd give my left nut to be 18 again 🤘
Kid there must be 100 better bands you could have made that particular comment on.
Britny Fox was big when I was 16, I remember seeing this and their other videos on MTV, remember when MTV played kick ass metal? I loved this song and the first Britny Fox album. Those were fun times, kids today will never understand how we were back then, and I can't figure out why that era didn't live on and had to end. if I could go back and be trapped in a world of music and parties from about 86 to 90, that'd be fine with me, that was when people really lived for real.
Dizzy was the best combination of Brian Johnson(AC/DC) , "Dan" McCafferty (Nazareth) and Tom Keifer (Cinderella). This album was awesome.
And a touch of Paul Stanley. To my ears, anyway.
@@zls9890 Yeah, their song "Long Way to Love" sounds very similar to Paul Stanley.
To me the guy’s voice sounds like Joe Elliot, Vince Neil, and Bon Scott put together
@@zls9890 In the verse yes (Long Way to Love) ,chorus not so much.
@@turntablethomas2584 Struggling with the Vince Neil thing.
What a damn good song!! Remember when this hit MTV wow how I wish I could re live it I'd go this second
excellent song , excellent video , i SO miss the 80s ;)
80's ... lived it... loved it.
SAME!
Best time of my life when I was in high school in the 80’s , awesome music and hot girls .
Услышал впервые, но: вокал, ритмы, аранжировка = лайк и подписка! Надеюсь, что не разочаруюсь!
A Master Piece !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...............
My favorite band of my era. Probably some of the best musicians of any band
Back when rock was still fun...
Got that right
Before the 90s came with all the whiners singing about needing anti-depressants
@@topjimmy72 basically ruining the fun for everyone
IKR? It was BAD ASS back then!! Once we reached the late 90's and pretty much most of the last 19 years has pretty much SUCKED ASS!!
@@topjimmy72 Basically the grunge era resented the hair bands
Great Hard Rock band.....awesome kick ass tunes every time!
This is the real stuff !!! I wish I can go back to this era !!
Same!!! 😭
One of my favoutite glam metal bands of all time. So much underrated. 3 albums on the top!
How come I'd never heard this song before?? It´s a masterpiece. can´t stop listening it. It really made me jump and shake my head. Thank you than you thank you for this rush
I love how people of this generation are starting to appreciate 80s metal which is so very cool.
they are desperate for fun, if you were young in this new generation you would get to experience just how soulless it is, I'm currently 18 and I'm surprised I haven't lynched myself yet.
My 6 year old daughter is starting to like some of it. She likes Twisted Sister and Poison so far.
@@giraffesareselfish9563 that is awesome
Real music, real girls no botox. 80's music rocks!
80s Rock and Metal was PHENOMENAL 🤘❤️🤘❤️🤘
❤❤❤
This was in heavy rotation on the original MTV... when it was music videos. You know, the good ol' days with Beavis and Butthead.
I'm with ya. I miss real metal.
I was in a band that sounded exactly like Britny Fox. We recorded a self produced album in 1984. Girlschool was released around in '88
And it wasn't Cinderella too hahaha😅😅😁
Saw them In 88 opening for Joan Jett. Opened the door for the rest of my life!
These were the good times, I lived it and miss it. So many awsome bands I saw live, the girls,,, umm yea great times.
Hair Bands were HUGE in the late 80's...I was there!
Damn I love this song and this music video
The memories of a great time to be a teenager and the fun we had just great times and memories. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Bad ass song! Jam to this in a 1987 Ford Ranger 4X4 that smells like Marlboro reds and budweiser inside lol 😆 🤘
So f... cool 🤘😎80s
