It conjures images of a lone truckie lead-footing it across a massive desert plain on a suicide mission, driving into a massive hoard of zombies, erupting from a fiery hole in the ground, thousands upon thousands of them, an unstoppable, ravenous apocalyptic demonic horde, tearing and clawing their way out of an infernal pit of hellfire on all fours, slavering with endless hunger for anything and everything clad in flesh...just before he hits the first wave he flicks a switch and fires his quad-nitrous afterburners, his cab roars and tears a straight path through them in their hundreds, like a dragon attack, until the jet-flames pouring out of his engine start to dwindle, sputter, and one by one, cut out...his left hand reaches down between the seats, wraps around a brightly painted-red steel pulley handle, and the last three seconds of his life slow down to quarter speed...and he's 6 years old again, leaping over the rickety steps leading from the porch to the dirt surrounding the ramshackle hut he grew up in, grinning from ear to ear as he hears his Mom hollering at him futilely, crickets are chirping, the sun is blazing...and finally, he's free. The camera pulls out to a ten mile-high bird's eye view, just in time to catch the tiny dot of his truck disappear in a blinding flash of light, brighter than ten thousand suns...collapsing into a singularity, before exploding outwards in a slit-second shockwave that levels everything on the plain, as the central point of light is consumed in a mountainous mushroom cloud, which flowers into a perfectly symmetrical circular blast-furnace, radiating out in all directions... By which point the song's over, and I'm in need of a moist towelette or three ;p

I loved it too. Had it been recorded in a modern sound software it would have been . But Blackie really was the only reason. The studio mixed tapes ruined more than one set of my massive $500 Kenmore speakers. Because I would never turn down WASP. And the scatchy abrasive shit mixes were hiding the poor sound quality of the original sound.

The editing with this music and the period, right on point..great stuff
New breath for an old song
Straight up killer old school metal band that l grew up on thru the 80’s & l still listen 2 all of it today with my 18 year old son who is a huge WASP fan..... Blackie U FUCKIN ROCK & thanx 4 all the awesome music!!!!!!
i LOVE THIS SONG. And whom ever did this video is a genius. I watch this all the time! TY
2024. Мы ещё живы! Россия смотрит! Россию с богом! Вперёд!!!
I've probably watched this about 100 times now, especially before putting on a leather jacket and going for a drive!! Thanks!!
THIS IS METAL!
Theres something about car chases from this era that are so much better than they are now...great tune
Éste es el sonido auténtico de W.A.S.P., el que me enganchó cuanto tenía 15 años... Ahora tengo 54
Isto tako i mene
So many great memories related to WASP.
@rustybuttpate HEHHHH???? WTH is that?
@rustybuttpate What you mean you got no more liquor?
One of the best Hard Rock Records ever !!!
I wanna be somebody my favorite song should be in the hall of fame. Heavy metal
Sadly it probably won't ever be there... You and I know better though, good call Chuck.
One of the greatest bands I ever saw. Love Blackie's voice. Chris Holmes was bad ass.
Perfect music timing to introduce Max!
Everything goes haywire while he slowly puts his glasses on and starts his engine.
should be played in a convertible with the top down, extremely loud, going at least 170 km/h at night on the freeway
Blasting this in my matte black 82 camaro rs topping it out at 130mph
Vee Sexton
1978 Kawasaki Kz1000
For me
It's music like this that kept me paying rent a center for my kick ass home theater system.
I want go back to the 70 's and 80's
Aussie muscle. Sadly underrated and unappreciated
Fantastic tune combined with some of the best car action flicks. Kudos!
There is no better combination on earth than classic muscle and 80's metal. Don't like it? Fight me, and I will feed you your own kneecaps.
....hmm
Pipe down ya tart
Nigel Kane mmmm....pipes and tarts....*drools
Now, by "tart" do you mean a pastry, or a slut? Because a bit of weed and either one could be a pretty good time.
Killing Time 10/10 your head is in the gutter. your right this song and muscle cars is fucking mint
username checks out
PERFECT VIDEOCLIP FOR THIS MUSIC !!! LOVE THIS SONG
As an Aussie fella i love what you have done here mate. It just fits so well!
This is the one that has the same experience in life and memories and yes , HARDER AND FASTER, exactly what I need.. this is how we do it, only two speeds .
If there weren't such video on youtube, one should have made it.
Thank you again and again, it's truly one of a kind.
Whenever I feel down and sick of everything that's going on, this video always cheers me up and gives me strength to go on.

Born in 2002 and this type of music and films with those type of cars rule the fuckin world
Damn...2002? That sucks. You missed the best shit man. 70's and 80's were the greatest. Born in 1969 baby!
Films without graphics, music by talented performers. This was old America.
THANK YOU!!! LOVE YOUR WORK AND GREAT CHOICE OF MUSIC FOR THE CLASSIC CAR CHASES I GREW UP TO. HEAVY METAL, FAST MUSCLE CARS, REAL CRASHES...LOVE IT!
Thergothon1, I've watched all your videos, and boy, you really hit home with me! Excellent tunes and films! Keep up the fantastic work!💜
As a teen in the 80's I couldn't afford a dodge charger. But we did crank WASP while cruisin in my cheap LeCar.
60mph in a LeCar feels like 160 in a Charger
