THANK YOU GUYS FOR WATCHING!!! Really hope you enjoyed this one! Let me know if you want these guys to come back! Also if there is anything, in particular, you wanna see from us! Love you guys! 💛💛
Rachel Ama between you and them I would watch you every night. Because they'll get to the point where they don't have to have this treat food always and you can start sneaking the cauliflower in and actual just vegetable dishes that have great seasoning and raw zucchini noodles with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. filling but not bog down! I have a great recipe for the pesto that's so healthy but still decadent bring them back and bring yourself back and find other people that are fun like this guest shows it's a good thing. These guys are great though. I think it be fun to bring in non-vegans and don't tell them just tell him it's what it is and you're trying this new fast food place I think they would even be more impressed if they got it hot right out of the restaurant once it's take out it's going to be a little less crunchy. But apparently they did okay. Thank you so much for the giggling and the fun!
A lot of people have this misconception that most vegans stop eating meat because they don’t like the taste which is not true! I love the taste of meat, it’s freakin delicious! But there’s so much suffering and destruction that comes along with it and that’s why vegans stop eating it 🌿❤️ stay woke! much love!
And this is how you open people's eyes to Veganism. Far more effective than showing the horrors of the meat industry. Not saying it's not important to create awareness but just don't start with that. Awesome video.
Some people respond better to the ethical implications, personally I first got into it for the health benefits. Some others sympathize for the enviomental impacts. If you care for veganism you'd realize these are tools on our arsenal to help people make better decisions.
Ian Campbell same way I got into it as well. Stayed on because of the cruelty but you need at least two reasons to remind yourself why you’re staying on path 😄
Ray Ray this would've done fuck all for me tbh. It was the horror of the meat industry that did it for me. Different approaches work for different people. We need them all.
Mynamesirrelevant I completely agree in different strokes for different folks but I do think that this kind of 'soft sell' is more effective on a large scale. Nobody said 'oh no I DIDNT KNOW that killing and slaughter is this gruesome!' - ever. Let's face it EVERYONE knows it's disgusting. The majority just choses to blank it from their consciousness. Like Mother Teresa once said: 'I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there.' I truly believe that working towards good is always more effective than fighting against something bad. War never results in peace.
Ray Ray tbh I didn't know how gruesome it was till 20 years old and I watched Gary youroufsky video and I know of plenty of people that had the same. People who watch this video might try a vegan meal here and there but won't care enough to make the switch fully, yes some will but I don't think there's a more effective way, but whatever works, works.
I always appreciate when a vegan can be friends with non vegans without being preachy or pushy about it. At the end of the day, there are many people in the world who will never ever go vegan. If we can just get them to cut down, that will still reduce animal suffering which is better than nothing. People should be encouraged to take any positive steps, even if it's not going fully vegan.
Yes, I have some personal friends who are chickens. I know they appreciate their own protection and care and though I cannot confirm their consent to confiscating their eggs. I believe that I would share under similar circumstances.. Eliminating all dairy is a stumbling block for me though I can appreciate the evil of livestock slavery. Barely four months ago I was eating animals. It was a YT video by a patient vegan that snapped me out of my stupor. Grace upon you Jenny, you have considerate manners and patience.
Lmfao....tell the 250 million animals who will be ritualistically sacrificed today in a pool of blood and shit that people are "cutting down" and that folks should never talk to them about veganism because they might think we're "pushy." The animals don't feel those gradual baby steps. Sounds good in a comment, but doesn't exist in real life.
JennyWas13 I encourage my friends but then they get defensive and upset saying “I appreciate your views so you should appreciate mine I like eating meat” like okay just ignore all the bad stuff I said it’s doing to you with the amount you eat 🤷🏽♀️
Yaz Valentin when that's the situation I'm afraid you just have to let it go. Some people just will not change or listen, we can't convert everyone. Bring yummy vegan dishes to catchups and see if people will try them. Maybe they will change through doing not hearing
MiaSt damn... that’s it I’m moving to London. Where I’m from in the US (South Carolina) it’s difficult to find restaurants that are vegan or even vegan friendly. I’m usually stuck eating side dishes when I go out.
latesha wilson Luckily for me I live in Charleston and I’m in a Facebook group where we keep a constant record of places in town that offer vegan options so we are definitely getting there. Plus, the other day I just learned about five places that offer fully vegan burgers on their regular menu... and when in doubt there is always a Mellow Mushroom around, their vegan options (including vegan pizza) is on point.
selam getu 😂 After scanning the menu multiple times failing to find a meal where just one or two items could be removed to make it vegan I go straight to the sides.
Fell in love with all three of you right away. Thank you vegan for introducing the non-meat goodness and thank you meat eaters for being open to the experience😍
Rachel!! Darlin I know I’ve left this comment like 10 times on your old channel. But I cannot WAIT until more people find out about your channel! Like seriously you have the best content, you’re gorgeous and I just can’t to see you here in the US accepting million subscribers plaque. And your friends are hilarious makes me miss England.. plz do another vid with them ❤️
Yes you do have people from the U.S. watching like me (NYC) 2nd video I’ve seen from you and I love your energy, content and overall you have personality 👍🏾. Would love to see more with your friends as well. Keep doing what ya doing.
I LOVE TEMPLE OF HACKNEY - I'm from Toronto but went to London to visit my best friend (she lives in Hackney). She brought me to Temple of Hackney and I was OBSESSED. It's also in my London vlog!
not at all! similarities would definitely be how beautifully multicultural both cities are. It's definitely much "busier" in London, with more things going on. Toronto has a small area where it's so busy (Yonge & Dundas) but I felt that it was always super busy even in East London.
The banter after the food was hilarious!!! Reminds me of me my husband and our friends from middle school. The trash talking and jokes are real! Love it! New sub here!!!
You three are adorable. Rachel, you're delightful. It's so nice how you are showing the boys what's out there for vegans cos as vegans, we know how many misconceptions there are... and boys, you're so lovely, genuine and funny. Thanks for your honest open mindedness and for sharing. It's a really nice, fun and entertaining way to get the message out. Much love and happiness to you all. xo
For me as a German person it’s sometime a little bit difficult to follow your conversation but it’s so funny to watch the reactions and your proud face when they say that the vegan food is good and they would exange that with the meat option in the daily life. Love it!
Hey girl! For the longest I've been toying with the idea of becoming vegetarian but very few veggies I know could put up a convincing argument with their ashy skin and 3 recipe repetoir! ! But then I happen to stumble across your channel which offers quick and easy beautifully presented 'vegan' dishes???!!!! Dishes that, for the most part take minutes to prepare: and with lots of things I have in my cupboard that went to waste because I was doing the same ol' same old. I think you may well have swung it well in favour of the vegan life. Healthy glowing skin, great active lifestyle, positive outlook? No brainer. Looking forward to see what other meal ideas you offer. Whilst I accept that it may not be easy for me to transition, your posts have absolutely been the inspiration for shift which i'm certain will be quite a significant one. Thank you so much!!! There are soooo many good vegan restaurants in the DMV. NuVegan cafe is amazing! And so is Loving Hut. If you just Google, you’ll find a lot more places.
Katie Brown Greetings! Thank you so much! I need to google and get out! I work a lot and usually cook at home. However, when I travel, I just get a salad or BYOF! ☺️ Peace, love and light! 💜🙏
I love the dynamic between the three of you!!! So natural and funny!!! All the cute stories!!! Please come back and do more videos together! Really fun to watch!!!❤❤❤
Erin Jones well it depends what State there from or what county there from it you grew up in Europe or South America on North America people are very different depending on what content there from
African Americans are not monolithic people. Asians are not monolithic people. “Hispanics” are not monolithic people. These black people may not be familiar to you but, their antics and the way they interact with each other is very familiar to me. Black people, I’m familiar with, have a certain rhythm. Based on this video, and every Rachel Ama video I’ve viewed, the only obvious thing that sets us apart is the accent.
This is the best video that I ever watched!!! I love the personality to it. All of the smiles. The energy between you guys. And their honest reactions. So much beauty in this video!!!
Yes someone who pronounced it properly plantin not plantain! This video was hilarious and I can't wait to try those places out when I visit London. Of course you have a new subscriber with barbadian roots. :)
It's about an hours flight to London from here. I could pop across to the UK for this food. Also, loving the "traditional British dish after a night out" comment. It's very popular over here in Ireland after a night out too.
I love the energy between the three of you. It's fun to watch their expressions as they are eating vegan food. Hopefully, you will continue to make videos with these guys. I laughed so hard. Great job.
Subbed, tapped the bell and I'm getting ready to binge watch your older videos. Great video and nice looking guys, really enjoyed. I wish I still lived in London, those meals looked banging.
This Vlog is about the vegan food - idk why some of the comments are about race or why it went there??? Stay on point folks- Vegan Fried Chicken & Vegan Kebab. Happy New Year!!!
Well the fact that majority of vegans in our country are white and for some it was refreshing or maybe even shocking to see all black people giving it a chance my indicate why it went to race. You all can keep pretending to not see color if you want but people are going to bring it up as long as it is a factor which it has always been in this country and will continue to be which there is nothing wrong with that as long as no one is bashing someone for their race
It's not about pretending not to seeing color. It's about the level of stock that people place into something as superficial as skin pigmentation. Usually less enlightened people and people with lower intelligence make it a big factor in their lives.
Jasmine Valiente there are a lot of black vegans/VoC, myself included. I’m first generation American born to African (Ghanaian specially) parents. We exist, the media just chooses to focus on white vegans/make it seem like veganism is white exclusive. It’s just like yoga...which white people stole from Asian culture and made it seem like their own.
Haha loved the video, defo needs to try those restaurants! As a French girl was pretty hard sometimes to understand that fast English speaking but all the way that was a very nice moment watching you guys lol. Love and support
You put your hand on my food No u put your food on my hand 😂 I shouldn't watch this before grocery shopping, now I'm about to buy extra ingredients to make this meal new sub
@Rachel Ama, I am from the US and watching this in Nov of 2019 and I really enjoy this series with Michael and Josh and yes, let's hear more throwback stories lol. I also really dig your channels and especially love when you do videos with your friends. I am not even a vegan, but just briefly took a break from meat and your channel makes me want to make this a permanent lifestyle.
Oiii na, this video has got me salivating!! 🤤 I love finding RUclipsrs who promote good places to eat in _*London*_, I don't know if it's just me but I usually just find that most people talk about places in America
I live in the US. I think it's neat the difference in the kabob you have. When we make kabobs they are meat and vegetables on a stick, then placed on a grill.
This is awesome! I just shared some food from the Wayward Vegan Cafe in Seattle with some non vegan friends of my Mom and they are going to go back on their own because they love the food and the prices! They couldn't believe vegan food could be so good. I love seeing people make changes for the better, every vegan meal makes a difference :) also, I know this video is old now but I think these guys would be fun to see on the channel every once in a while. Also new sub here as of yesterday! I really enjoy your videos and can't wait to see more :)
Interesting to learn what is “kebab” in the UK. In the US a kebab is chunks of meat and veggies like bell peppers grilled on skewers. That food looked AMAZING! Also dude on the left looks like J.Cole and dude on the right looks like Will.I.Am lol. This was very entertaining! New sub!
LOL good to see more peps at least trying vegan options . Not to put a dapper in this but these foods are okay here a there but it’s not healthy not all vegan food but it’s good transitioning form meat to vegan , over all I liked the video
Jacky Hawk - People don’t understand, its the vibration of a word that gives the energy to something so it doesn’t matter how it’s spelled - the frequency vibration is the same 🙀. Which makes one have to question, were the evil people who assigned that word, Seitan, trying to entrap us innocent vegans and vegetarians to constantly repeat that word like a mantra of manifestation... 🧐
Nah I actually keep watching this over and over cause it's so funny and interesting one of the best vids I've watched on RUclips Ly loads Rachel 😍💛you inspire me everyday
THANK YOU GUYS FOR WATCHING!!! Really hope you enjoyed this one! Let me know if you want these guys to come back! Also if there is anything, in particular, you wanna see from us! Love you guys! 💛💛
Rachel Ama yes bring them back they were fine ..and funny!
Yes bring them back!
A tour of vegan restaurants in London!

Mar I liked meat and eggs, but since I am trying to be vegan, I literally hate the smell of both
U ain't woke. U are the establishment's pawn.
❤️❤️❤️
No. Vegans stop eating meat because they develop an eating disorder.
Most reasons for giving up meat.... environmental, animal rights, health... add more but it’s not just about the animals all the time.
And this is how you open people's eyes to Veganism. Far more effective than showing the horrors of the meat industry. Not saying it's not important to create awareness but just don't start with that. Awesome video.

"NO CHEESE?" 💀😂
my man was lost in the sauce lol
Cheese is not vegan
gavin Reid ya think?
😂😂

wtf? they must not be real friends then.

Vegan food is damn good! Love the reactions 😂 Subbed! Aaaand, more with these two fellas, hopefully? Taste test series would be fun to watch!
Tina Eye YES, YES, YES! What ever see have to pay them (VEGAN FOOD ONLY) 😂😁😊😍
Most defenetly they might go vegan. They should both do the challenge in 22 days. Challenge22.com
“As I’m eating, I feel clean.” 😭😭 I love this! Hilarious!
was in London last month, had that kebab and went crazy, started tearing up. had to ask the guy if everything was actually vegan 3 times lmao
MiaSt damn... that’s it I’m moving to London. Where I’m from in the US (South Carolina) it’s difficult to find restaurants that are vegan or even vegan friendly. I’m usually stuck eating side dishes when I go out.
@@PyroGem21 I'm from SC also..it mostly the big cities like Charleston and Columbia that have a lot of vegan restaurants.
PyroGemini21 I felt this 😭 We really be out here ordering three sides to compensate for a full meal
latesha wilson Luckily for me I live in Charleston and I’m in a Facebook group where we keep a constant record of places in town that offer vegan options so we are definitely getting there. I LOVE TEMPLE OF HACKNEY - I'm from Toronto but went to London to visit my best friend (she lives in Hackney). She brought me to Temple of Hackney and I was OBSESSED. It's also in my London vlog!
deann g would u say toronto similar to London
not at all! similarities would definitely be how beautifully multicultural both cities are. It's definitely much "busier" in London, with more things going on. Toronto has a small area where it's so busy (Yonge & Dundas) but I felt that it was always super busy even in East London.
I love how they admit that it’s good and do not pretend like other meat eaters to not like it just so they can justify eating meat
Great trio both the guys seem so familiar and likeable. But poor Michael... they exposed you bro!
Msg
Curly Proverbz and dude had to reach the entire time to eat! Not fair
Curly Proverbz da
Ahhhh I can’t stop smiling watching this! Such a good reaction I love it!!
I need to go to London asap. This video was great!

I love this so much! Makes me wish I had genuine guy friends! Also makes me wish I lived near you all so I could try all these places!!!
Much love and happiness to you all. xo
"I was lost in the flavors" hahahahaha
For me as a German person it’s sometime a little bit difficult to follow your conversation but it’s so funny to watch the reactions and your proud face when they say that the vegan food is good and they would exange that with the meat option in the daily life. Love it!
This made me SO happy, ANNNND it's HI-LAR-IOUS!😂
Ashiya Nelson hhc
The darkskin bruuhh😍😍😍🔥

Loved this video. What a lovely group of young people. Love to see them review more vegan food. Well done.
every time i see videos like this i can’t help but smile
I would love to see you teach them how to make some dishes. I think it would be a really funny video to see them in the kitchen cooking with you.
Kamile Duporte-Hudson ooh this! Plus she could show me lol
Love this! And the face you made when he said: "it changes my perspective"... This is the way I feel when non-vegans are impressed by my vegan food!
1:21
“It’s made of what? Satan?”
🤣🤣🤣♥️
You have the MOST awesome friends, lol! This video is hilarious!
No brainer. Whilst I accept that it may not be easy for me to transition, your posts have absolutely been the inspiration for shift which i'm certain will be quite a significant one. Thank you so much!!! Absolutely adorable, the reaction he gave when savoring the Mac n cheese. I’m ready to visit france
I’m moving! 👩🍳We don’t have those places in the US😢 I have been to a place called Everlasting Life in the DC area that have good vegan food.
I love ELife food but their customer service is trash. Check out HipCityVeg down Gallery Place if you haven't already!
There are soooo many good vegan restaurants in the DMV. NuVegan cafe is amazing! And so is Loving Hut. If you just Google, you’ll find a lot more places.

I could listen to them talk all day. The food looks amazing!!
I tell you, I truly believe black people are the same everywhere .
I was thinking the SAME thing! They seem like they could have grown up in California! Hahaha
They do not seem the same as American blacks, they act totally different.
Kawaski well that's just not true every human being is different
Erin Jones well it depends what State there from or what county there from it you grew up in Europe or South America on North America people are very different depending on what content there from

I really want more videos of the trio! Great chemistry
Lmao the Erkah Badu song when Joshua was basking in the mac n cheese flavors. I love this whole video
This came up in my suggested for some reason but I absolutely loved this video! :)
It's about an hours flight to London from here. I could pop across to the UK for this food. Also, loving the "traditional British dish after a night out" comment. It's very popular over here in Ireland after a night out too.

I really e just this video and the humor just topped it off 😂😂😂... did you make these meals ? Or did you purchase them ?
VEGAN FIT FAM the meals were purchased from 3 different restaurants I believe she said.
VEGGIEIB ok thanks ... somethings were hard to understand cause of the accent
Loved their reactions LOL! It's nice when non-vegans are at least willing to try vegan food, even better when they end up really enjoying it!
This is JOKES 😂😂😂 love it! Reppin' London Town yes 💥
Wow! I so wish we had places like this where I live. The food sounds amazing!!
This video has made me smile so much. You're all so happy.

Haha loved the video, defo needs to try those restaurants! As a French girl was pretty hard sometimes to understand that fast English speaking but all the way that was a very nice moment watching you guys lol. Love and support
You put your hand on my food
No u put your food on my hand
😂 I shouldn't watch this before grocery shopping, now I'm about to buy extra ingredients to make this meal new sub
Haha I love their reactions 😂 "This is bangin'" - love it!
@Rachel Ama, I am from the US and watching this in Nov of 2019 and I really enjoy this series with Michael and Josh and yes, let's hear more throwback stories lol. I also really dig your channels and especially love when you do videos with your friends. I am not even a vegan, but just briefly took a break from meat and your channel makes me want to make this a permanent lifestyle.
the dude in the beanie looks like james franco and jcole had a love child and he was the result, tell me if I'm wrong
kaitlin erin agree
kaitlin erin he's beautiful
Definitely more stories! Have them try breakfast, snacks desserts! I'm all for it
I love this! I love how open they both were to try things and they absolutely loved it! What great guys. Fab video!
Because Keto diet works best for me, I’m not sure how I could do that as a vegan. Anyone with tips?
Their reactions were hilarious! When I get the chance to visit London I'm definitely hitting up these places.
Oiii na, this video has got me salivating!! 🤤
I love finding RUclipsrs who promote good places to eat in _*London*_, I don't know if it's just me but I usually just find that most people talk about places in America
So enjoyed watching you three. Taste test series please! So much fun...
Great video! Your friends were hilarious and I think I’ll do the same with my friends 😂
Tamill. Xxx
I subbed in hopes you all would do more videos together. I love to see men full of joy whilst eating yummy healthy food ❤ #swoon
This was so fun to watch! You should do this again!
I just came in to find veggie ideas and found Rachel's 4 days recipes ideas and somehow I end up watching 6 videos without realizing...Love you guys
You all are so much fun- enjoyed the stories
Interesting to learn what is “kebab” in the UK. In the US a kebab is chunks of meat and veggies like bell peppers grilled on skewers. That food looked AMAZING! Also dude on the left looks like J.Cole and dude on the right looks like Will.I.Am lol. This was very entertaining! New sub!
Man! I died of laughter and smiled the whole time of he video. You all gave me a grin of the day!
LOL good to see more peps at least trying vegan options . Not to put a dapper in this but these foods are okay here a there but it’s not healthy not all vegan food but it’s good transitioning form meat to vegan , over all I liked the video
That plantain thing buss me up, vegan, good music, putting london on too, props.
It's made of satan ROFL.
Don't want to eat anything named Satan. But the food looks delicious.
I think it’s spelled Seitan if I’m correct.
I legit won’t eat it. I went to a vegan spot in NYC and it was all over the menu. LOL I’m serious, I avoided every menu item with that ingredient.
TheDamsel completely understand
Nah I actually keep watching this over and over cause it's so funny and interesting one of the best vids I've watched on RUclips Ly loads Rachel 😍💛you inspire me everyday
Temple of Hackney burgers are a bit much!
