- After almost 40,000 Miles on the Honda Accord OEM Continental tires I bought replacements. The replacement tires are Sumitomo HTR A/S P03. After 800 miles they are great and I have no complaints. The excellent price, performance and good looking side wall with minimum noise of these tires really surprised me.

What are your thoughts on them now? Thanks!
Love them, great tire. Current 61k miles on the clock and they are perfect
Ty! Sounds like I’ll be getting these 🤙🏼
I have a exl V6 sedan been buying this PO3 tire since 2017 can't go wrong
I pretty much have the same car (16 Accord Touring V6 sedan) and it came with the Cont Sports as well and I’ve been using these (Sumis) since my TL before the Accord and every time the road noise starts to creep up. I feel like it starts around 3k-5k miles. Have you noticed this as well? It’s time for me to get new ones and these have gone up a lot. I paid 515 for these a couple years ago and now imma have to shell out closer to $850. I might the get the Hankooks since they are pretty close in price. Big fan of these tires. No issues except for the noise 🤔
Honestly the noise was there when new but went away after they broke in. Maybe a wheel bearing? I had a 2006 tl with bad wheel bearings that were noisy.
@@NightHawkMotors I think it’s probably just a side effect from how they’re made. The bearings on the TL maybe but my Accord has just under 60k miles on it and I put these on at or around 37k miles in late 2021.
Hi, how are the tires so far? Pros and cons? I have a 2016 Sport.
They are good, really no complaints! They are a bit louder but not very noticeable.
Bridhestone quiettrack put on my 17 sport se best thing i did great in snow improved braking handling and the thing i love the best no road noise up to 80mph best 1100 dollars i spent ..... same 42000 mileage no alignment problems
Hey! I’ve been watching your videos. Did getting new tires solve the vibration in the steering wheel/driver seat / floor issue ? I started to notice the vibration of my car ( same as yours ) so I am hoping it’s a normal characteristic of the car .
It did not, still have the go cart feeling while driving and at stop lights haha.
@@NightHawkMotors yup haha same here but thanks for letting me know!
Haha no problem, thanks for watching.
How do you like it? I just got a new Goodyear eagle touring on a 18 accord. Never drive it in snow yet. Have you drive in snow?
It suck after 28k miles it slip and slide in snow
@@alexkim9578 damn. What tire you got on
@@whyg6703 oem Goodyear’s eagle touring on accord sport 2018
It dry rot after one year
@@alexkim9578 gotta use tire protection. Every time you wash your car oils come out of tire and need to be replenished
Have you noticed any increase or decrease in mpg yet?
Not really, never really paid attention to the gas mileage to be honest.
My catalytic converter went out 2 or 3 weeks ago I don’t have much to pay it off I might sell it I already have 90k miles which is suppose to be nothing for a accord....
Anyone used these on a BMW E34?
This car is soooo loud. It's so annoying. Everything feels so cheap. I have this car and I thought buying a Honda it's going to last me for a long time, but I did not anticipate how much I will hate CVT transmission. Every time I drive the car, I feel like something is wrong with it because the RPM tries to adjust itself.
Mine makes that high pitch noice as well.
@@NightHawkMotors
Is that normal? Im taking mine to mechanic tomorrow. Also when I press on the break pedal, there's clicking noise where the shifter is?
I have noticed the high pitch noise since new. I do not have a clicking noise where the shifter is.
@@NightHawkMotors the high pitch noise comes from the driver side, under the hood somewhere when I'm idling. The clicking noise comes from when I am in park, and press down on the brake pedal. When I'm driving I don't hear it. Been reading up on it and it could be solenoid issue. Will give you an update, once fixed :)
@@hssu9076 I have a 2017 accord touring and I’ve noticed the same clicking sound in the shifter when I press my brakes as well but I don’t think it’s anything too bad
sumo to mo say it with me now 🤣🤣
