You forgot to give a guideline for weight, in particular the ratio between one exercise versus its superset. For example, the alternating bicep curl with the tricep kickback... Do you want more weight on the biceps or triceps? By the same or by a little? No guidance.

Depending on how much core engagement you want for stability
The Wider your legs = less core engagement
Open legs make it easier noob

Light dumbells will do the job, less than five Kilos.
