I have this same card, just so you and other people know, there is no 18 setting. When the card displays 12 its actually 11 because the card skips 11 and displays 12 even though its on 11. Count the clicks of the item button when you press them and youll see. So 13 is 12 and 14 is 13 and so on. Fixed my problems
I believe now, that I have taken apart the P-card that there is no item 11. Also, there are 19 parameters and I do not know what they are for this card and motor combo. The issue starts at item 11, Braking frequency. If you could control that parameter you would be able to define the strength of the electronic clamping force during braking.
I just purchased this programming card for my Redcat Piranha TR10 that I upgraded to brushless with a after market controller/receiver....very simple to use....i immediately went to item 3 value 10 and now my Piranha does wheelies on demand....the plastic spur gear won't last much longer.

I just bought a new cheap upgrade kit off of Banggood for mine WL toys 142019 and when I first plug the ESC in it flashed red But then it stopped doing anything. Any pointers I’m new to this and I just spent a ton of money on a car I can’t even play with lol
I changed the khz on mine too 500 khz its the breaking frequency it went up in smoke after spending three hours fixing my new Traxxas 4tec and it burned the car bad
I bought a Hobby Fans system. Basically, its the same exact thing as any other cheap chinese brand. The program card, which came with it, seemed to work fine, the first time I hooked it up, and I increased the punch/boost setting to max. The system seemed to work ok, except, there was TERRIBLE throttle lag. I mean, we're talking, about 1 second. Now, that may not seem like much, but trust me, it is. Just imagine it; you envision, pulling that trigger, and then counting one ACTUAL second, before there's a throttle response.....YUP. Thing is, that lag is ONLY on take-off. Once my truck was moving, the response was fine, with no lag. Later on, I found out about others having the same issue, and resolving it, with some adjustment in the ESC, using this program card. I got the truck back up on the workbench, proceeded to look for the setting I would need to adjust, hooked the ESC up to the program card, annnnnnd........ I get two rows of left to right, scrolling lights, with ZERO response. I turned the ESC off and on, MANY times, and all, about, 5 seconds apart and still nothing. I tried another battery, same thing, scrolling lights. These chinese knockoffs, are a dime-a-dozen, and they're all the same. The motors are typically fine, but the program card and ESC, are, typically, junk. So many similar reviews out there. Do yourselves a favor and SKIP THE ESC. Only buy the cheap motor, and get a better brand of ESC. Better to pay more now, for a better product, than paying TWICE for an INFERIOR product, down the line.
Just installed this system in a wraith, took half a day, only to have the same scrolling lights you describe on the card. Very pleased with this purchase
@MrBrandorambo if it was plugged in backwards it wouldn't even work... Do you even have a programming card because then you would know plugging it in backwards you won't get anything from the card
Could you explain how is it possible, that esc, that's been sold with 5settings card, can be set in 17 settings with different card? You basically have surpass 60 esc with V1 combo. V2 combo with black, ribbed motor has no card included, but there is V2 card, that has 9(?) settings to adjust. But for example none of those have pwm frequency like the one you're using. So does it mean, your esc can have pwm adjusted to 16kHz, so the motor doesn't buzz in high pitch, when under load? That card possibly first showed up in a set with 80A esc, that was very close software-wise to hw1080, and that combo boomed instantly due to price. It was cheapest crawler brushed combo, you could make quiet. So I'm wondering, shouldn't esc support features, as opposed to just better card offering adjustability to loads of new features? That doesn't make sense 🤔
If your rc is going backwards when trying to go forward then you can change the motor rotation with the program card or you can keep the middle wire connected always and change the other 2 wires
Also I changed the low voltage and that didn't go well either it messed my battery up im going to give this another change and stay away from breaking frequency and low voltage and see what happens

The ESC is Not Cheap meaning Low Priced by Luck it's complete GARBAGE. The motor is ok but when you get the motor to hot the magnets fall off and the motor won't work no more.... I bought a better combo for $60 and never had problems again and I have more speed and more power
@@martez752 yes YOU ALWAYS NEED A PROGRAM CARD don't let anyone tell you different. The Hobbywing will work on it but speed depends on your setup but I am getting great speed on 3s but I think the combo I sent you. You can use 4s
Hello RC gamer, I got a budget V2.V3 no name ESC from AliExpress and my program card just runs flashing left to right. Nothing I can do to stop this happening. I just want to install the ESC into a trail truck with 2S. My question is if the card is junk can you recommend just trying to return the package or trying to program it using the beep beep way? Now you can have a few problems the ESC could not be programmable or your Programming Card is not compatible with it or the program card is no good... if your ESC came with a switch to program it then you will have to learn and go online or on RUclips to find out how to do it

I only got 2 or 1 run out of mine and it started acting strange and then not working at all but I return it and bought a Surpass Hobby 60amp ESC and 4370 brushless motor for $60 and it didn't even need programming and works Perfectly Fine that goolrc stuff is GARBAGE so now if I am going to go cheap then I am only going to use Surpass Hobby its only $60 REMEMBER THE $40 GOOLRC COMBOS ARE GARBAGE!!!
I like that one. You might be able to run the shutoff a little higher you can use a higher “c” rating or add a cap pack. Although I just run mine at 3.2v. Happy New Year!🎆🎈🎊
David can you please scan and send me a copy of the table of values there that you showed. Mine didn't come with that piece of paper. And the printing on the label is too small to read on the back of the programming card.
FYI this card did not work with my surpass hobby 60A esc in my 144001 or 019, all that happens when I plug it in is 2 rows of red LEDs just scroll along the 1-10 and pressing any of the command buttons does not a thing
I never mess with 11 anyways but this is happening because the ESC was made without 11 it's not the program card because 11 is there when I connect to a Name Brand ESC. It's these cheap China ESCs they suck my burned out just because I programmed it and the cheap ESC didn't like it so it just burned out

Hello. I have the same esc and control card, but when I connect the control card to esc, the ITEM and VALUE lights automatically start from the first row and continue to light up as 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. Where am I making a mistake, can you help me?
The ESC is VERY FAULTY so don't expect it to work well. After programming mine it started acting stupid and then it and then caught fire on 2s only.... I can't help you because it's already acting faulty just like mine did before a blew... but you can't press reset to try to see if it fixes the problem

When plugging in this motor the wire that is in the middle has to always be connected to the middle wire of the ESC but the other two can be mixed-and-matched... when doing upgrade on my Traxxas/ when I turned it on it would go forward and it was in the wrong channel on the receiver

Make sure your throttle setting on transmitter is set to absloute zero. That should get rid of the red light of death.

Just tried it on my LC racing EMB-1H with 35A hobby wing ESC and does not work as well. Scrolls LEDs also, any ideas why its doing this guys?

@@KartalKafadar I think you connect the program card to the ESC turn on the ESC and then press the reset button on the Programming Card

I think that might be a wire that is not connected to the correct... or the wrong channel in the receiver of you Transmitter needs to be trimmed

All the lights go up to ten but when going to 11 after going to 10:00 only one light will be on meaning you are on number 11
