Bradley was very critical and bear in mind this was his first time cooking curry goat 😩 curry goat is not easy you have to know what your doing for taste, colour and tenderness because if you overcook it,it becomes Chewy

I know ginger is good for nausea. Has to burn, though - strong ginger beer is one of my standards when I’m sick (I have Ménière’s disease, so… nausea is an old friend).
Ok translation: the ginger is important in goat curry because it is an anti inflammatory and is a pirate age remedy to heartburn from which said goat curry usually causes. it also helps with nausea which is caused from boat legs another pirate aliment

I love curry goat so much. This brings back such memories. In cooking school I had a friend that was half Caribbean and we made Curry goat for her final. Man we made some good jerk chicken. It was typically the two of us that made lunch for everybody with all the different random leftovers, even the students in the other building for the bakery would come have lunch. They had to walk across the campus, I swear was opposite Corners. But when I was in the bakery me and the other full-time student we're so busy that instead of going up for lunch we just made pizza for ourselves but we'd have to go up every day to go deliver the different breads and danish cakes excetera.
When I was doing home care nursing I had a client who taught me how to make curry goat and curry oxtail, I've had many island people love it. I can only hope more people learn about it and at least try it, it is so delicious.
I've never made oxtail but I've watched my grandmother and my mother make it so I've known how it's done I know how it's prepared I just never personally made it myself so I could see how he could critique if you watch your family made it you could critique and it also goes by your taste buds

Yay, I love curry goat. It's one of my favourite dishes. Overall, I personally prefer West Indian style curry goat (or goat curry) over the East Indian style curry goat but both can be amazing.

Jamaican curry goat is quite difficult. Even people who can do it right, don't always get it correct everytime. It's one of those specialized cooking skills that everyone seems to try and almost always flip up. A similar dish difficulty would be the Mexican barbacoa beef. It's quite diffcult and most people almost always get it wrong, yet try it anyway. Even people who are good at it, don't always do it right. In Puerto Escondido, I was forewarned, and it's since proven correct.
I want to give a tip to everyone especially who are facing with diabetics take 1 kg of bitter guard and 1 kg of NEEM leafs make chutney take a bowl pour little by little and stand in the bowl and start doing crushing and pour entire paste in the bowl slowly do it like 10-15minutes and you see while you are crushing paste in the bowl your sense bitterness in your tongue do it 4 days . Later you see that there is no need for insulin your sugar will get controlled. This thing will help you in get rid of kidney infection,clears blood. Try guys and get rid of SUGAR naturally.
