Yes! I agree about the thrift store and those stickers! I get so mad when they do that! Also, when they use packing tape to keep items together in sets! I've had paint stripped off items before and it is infuriating to say the least! I just found you and have been watching your videos nonstop. I am learning a lot, thank you!

WD-40 is great for getting adhesive off. Our local goodwill's use a wax pencil to write their prices on. WD-40 works for that too! I have an estate sale company, and I make sure to use easily removable labels or hang tags on delicate items. My best thrift store find so far was an Oika Toikka bird that I purchased for $3. This last week I bought 2 Selkirk Glass Paperweights for 25 cents each!
There are some great bargains out there. Make sure you know what they really sell for. People are telling me that they are selling their finds at or above my appraised values! Be care with the WD-40 :)

Amazing stories!!! Makes me salivate waiting for the thrift stores and estate sales to start again here in California. Dr Lori is so much fun. Loved spending time with her this past week.
The segment on the blown glass marbles, Dredin coffee pot, mid century painting and estate sale found jewelry was one of the best shows of yours that i have ever watched. Your information on each piece was added to my brain cell files. You made me smile when "rabbit skin glue" was mentioned as one of your identifiers.
