Probably didn’t have health insurance because pro wrestling doesn’t have a union. It all comes back to Hogan. He could have done so much more for the guys. Instead he’s gotta pose for 15 minutes after having the same match he’s had the last 30 years.

I do. Lots of em. Haven't cared about wresting at all since 2000.. now it fascinates me. From the beginning, people rolling around like a circus of sorts, scheming on peoples money, to territorial leagues to the consolidation of territories into 2 big ones (sorta). Then the 2 become 1... it really is a magical story.. rowdy Roddy pipers life story was heart breaking. Dusty Rhosed being Gold Dust and Seven and his speech.. Sting ran a gym in Cali and ultimate warrior came by a few times, sting was looking into the wrestling business and took warrior as a partner. They only wanted sting but he wouldn't leave warrior. Who was an egotistical asshole.. so they took both.. so many amazing stories.. Kane was wrestling before he was kane... Ted debiose brought stone cold Austin, undertaker, and a bunch of legends... it amazes me having the stories of all these people who were in territories and then seeing how the company came together.. it really fascinates me..

Bad News Brown is 100% one of the best bad guys ever. I always wondered where he went. It's disappointing he ended up leaving because he could have made more money working at a grocery store. Vince McMahon truly did mess up the wrestling industry in the 21st century, which is ironic considering McMahon helped wrestling have one of it's Golden Eras in the 1980s.

The world has been a lesser place since Bad News Brown died. What a great storyteller. A smart guy, great presence, good in ring performer - he would have been great at any point in wrestling history. He would have been perfect for the NWA in the 80's, but he also would have been great during the Attitude Era. He was timeless and above trends. He kind of had a Stone Cold thing going on, too (a badass who didn't like anyone). So great. And his potential was completely wasted by Vince. What a shame.

This dude is a phenomenal storyteller. I'm so sorry hes gone and being a wrestling fan since the 1970s is very upsetting because so many of the people I watched admired and looked up to are dead. Bad News Allen was 63 years old when he died and I'm 63 years old now. Being a wrestling fan for about 50 years has been very exciting for me but also very upsetting. Also upsetting how Vinny Mac and his family are billionaires several times over and they keep firing talent. That is disgusting. That would be like Warren Buffett or Bill Gates firing people. The McMahon's just got a billion dollars from the Peacock network they are set for the next 150 fucking years.
