    Tried this recipe and it’s 10/10! The dough is easy to work with, fluffy, and stayed fresh and fluffy even the next day. I made part of it with Zaatar and it was AMAZING

    Are you able to freeze the beef stuffing? Also my mother in law used to make with yogurt and pine nuts. Do you have a recipe for this? Thank you.

      Hi, I did not. The dough gets a really nice golden-brown colour from the recipe itself. 😊
