      @8moments Sorry, I was driving and couldn't type the full msg. I use the Kenko Pro1d Prosofton Clear filter on all my lenses for Milky Way photography. It does exactly the same effect.

      @@alaintran84 Thanks so much! I have a Benro blackmist filter. I wonder if the effect is basically the same or this star softening filter performs better?
