    good point pal but it's not a main factor though,good diet, sleeping well and smart, moving during the day those what really matter

    bro I dont want to hate but what is this kind of advice of just thinking ur not tired, If ur body doesnt get the needed rest it automatically works slower, it cant magically work if it doesnt have the energy
