I told myself when I got sober, I wanted to own a home, get married, wake up early, go to the gym, read bible with my wife, start reading other books again, level up my career… And guess what? in 575 days I did all that !

It's so nice to hear that' there are other people like me out there and fighting this war and seeing results! Thank God it gives me hope. All I do it's use and every single dime I make ( and eveyone else's money) goes to this drug it's disgusting! I never believed I'd get to this level and I really don't know I can get thru it but I'm trying. I've been obsessed with this addiction trying to figure out the why's for years and it's so frustrating. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your story becarse I completely see myself in it! I'm hoping to get out of the house today and do something difffereht... I seems to say that every single day. One day I nope to take control my life is falling thru the cracks!
Thanks, yea so many people are going through it! you don’t need to overcomplicate it, so many people ( including myself ) were/ are searching for an answer that’s not there, the answer for change is you, take control and take action, if you change nothing then nothing will change, I hope you can do it, take back control and get your life back where it should be ❤️

Well done my friend, it takes a lot of courage to break out of that cycle. I hurt so many people, and did nothing but take. Now I’m giving something back to society. I’m doing good and helping people - and it feels amazing.

I just wanted to ask do you have any damage to your nose and do you suffer with sinus issues and mucus plug blockages . I suffer bad now with stopping the gear its never really been this bad while using as like you said u always find ways to keep the airway clear to sniff more gear
Alright mate, yea 💯 nose has issues, constant running! Used to be a lot worse than it is now though has defo got better! Yea absolutely destroyed it whilst using was forcing it to go up! Madness ! Hope your well ❤️
What scares me about getting clean, is people who get clean, become dick heads, arragant, egotistical etc. I’m a humble person on the hard stuff and I worry I will turn away from god and to the devil, become a government bee, I work full time have a family and a good person. Clean people well, u know what I mean.
Did you have long term damage from the cocaine use? Mental and/or physical?

Defo not mate, drink sets me up to use! Total sobriety is the best option for me! There is no in-between mate. And you ?

you can do it mate..big thing for me was just realising i am one of natures addicts..just realising this home truth. has given me a degree of power i never had before.
Still falling offthe wagon at 6 / 8 month intervals but getting better
