thebigwave 700 i mean you can, you just have to be careful. Normally a cop wont ask to see under the hood if its not crazy loud so you could do engine mods and get away with it but maybe not so much an exhaust
Channel locks? A pipe wrench? A Crescent wrench? At least buy a socket set, and vise grips to free something that's grossly overtightened. Pre-lubricate both O-rings on the new filter with clean oil. And spend a few dollars on a real, drainable oil pan, so you don't spill oil all over, and don't have to try juggling pans. Finally, what about resetting the "oil change required" or similar maintenance indicator??
I just got my car, (your vids helped me decide on it 😅) how long should I wait to do my first oil change? I have heard people do the first one pretty quickly and then start the regular intervals. Any insight helps, thanks !
Hey great step by step video for an oil change. About to do mines for the first time but quick question, after it was all done is there a specific way to reset the oil life on the car’s electronic dashboard?
I have a 2018 dodge charger with 42,411 mileage and got an oil change Thursday and the next day Friday my car was smokin..I had the guy use conventional oil because the year before I used conventional oil and everything was fine..what do you think is the problem?
Any difference with Semi synthetic? All of my cars despite coming with or without Semi synthetic I always use it. I had my charger for about 2 months now and want to do the same. Only difference here my charger is a 21
Just got myself the GT as well got that B5 blue and I love it! Nice to see you do work on yours keep it up!
thebigwave 700 aside from the mufflers, I’m going to do everything else my self
Ronnie’s Reviews the only downside is that im in California so cant really do those high class mods with the cold intake and exhaust pipes

Of course!! I appreciate that support!
Great video/step by step explanation. I have the same car. One question: where do the new seals go? Where that red seal was at? 16:38

Dope vid bruh I got the same charger this helps a lot 💯💪🏾
Very helpful video thank you

What kind of work did you do to the exhaust bro? Sounds dope!
ruclips.net/video/cnB05WZEbtw/видео.html straight piped it then put 2 super 10’s on it. Heres the video of the breakdown

It isnt mandatory to do it quick but people do it to be safe so i say at 5000 miles probably
Good vid bro!

No just turn the electronics on only, dont turn the car all the way on, and then go to oil life and hold down ok
@@ronniesreviews2993 bet thanks bro 🙏🏼

Honestly im not sure, but i wouldnt have used conventional oil
You have to use synthetic

Id go ahead and just do full synthetic just to be safe. It helps with the wear and tear
Good vid , but got 2 agree with bigdogblack ....channel pliers....you gone strip your screw out 🥺
Do you need a crush washer whenever you replace oil ?
Only thing you need is new oil and a new filter
👍🏽
What size wrenches?
up to what percentage is it good to change the oil? my car has 62 percent oil life. Until what percentage can I wait to do my oil change?
You can wait till around 10 percent but its recommended to change at 50 percent
@@ronniesreviews2993 thank you bro🙏🏾
Oil extraction pump bro. You’ll never need to go underneath.

Channel locks?! Sorry, no one should follow your mechanical advice. If you're going to do a job, make sure you have the right tools.
I’m saying the same thing! Left the oil fill cap on while draining the oil. Then added the oil before changing the the old filter out.
What size sockets ?
Jorge Pichardo to be honest man i cant remember but it was a pretty big one
Ronnie’s Reviews alright it’s cool 👌🏽
13mm for the drain plug, 24mm for the filter
