I used to love watching my late mother in-law make her biscuits. She was old school and had a huge bowl she kept her flour in and had made them SOOO much that she knew exactly how much of each ingredient she used in the flour and mix & form each one by hand and the flour was never dirty! I'm guessing because once everything was incorporated, it just picked up flour on the outside until it was all used up 😊

You use almond flour instead of wheat flour and potato starch or arrow root powder for the gravy

There is nothing better than fresh meat! I'm from Oklahoma & I've had pork & beef that wasn't from a grocery store or Walmart & I'm telling y'all hey that good meat is worth it! The whole flavor is so different!

I make a mean sausage gravy but I usually use struggle with homemade biscuits. I usually just buy the pre-made ones in the tube and save time. My man, these biscuits look so good.... gotta make these myself. As always, thanks for posting the video!

If you want to try something novel put a spoonful of strawberry preserves (jam) on top. I know it sounds weird and the first time I heard of it I balked but when I tried it, it really was the bomb! Good flavor contrast. Loved the video dude.

Took me back a lil bit with this country restaurant here in Columbus Ohio called tee Jays . Add some eggs some hash browns to it and you got what we call a barnyard buster !!! 😂 It'll be a lvl up tho . Imma definitely try this but substitute the pork of course .
