Hey AB, egg trick you may or may not know. When you scramble eggs and use the constantly "shove" to the center technique as you cook them on low heat, when they are about halfway firmed up but still kinda creamy and wet, add about 1 TBSP of sour cream (per about 6-7 eggs) and mix in as you finish off the fluffing of the eggs for the last about 2 minutes. It's fire man..... it's a gorden ramsey technique. The absolute softest, creamiest, tastiest, and fluffiest scrambled eggs you'll ever have.
Maybe it's a petty thing to bring up, but OMG thank you for putting milk in your scrambled eggs! So many cooks don't add milk to their scrambled eggs and you just know it.
Milk is added to spread it. I know he said to make them fluffy, but that's what I've remember growing up. / I like the fact he likes to see his Pepper in his eggs. I need mine scrambled hard. If I see wetness, I think it's yolk and can't eat them.

I make these without the egg and I mix the dijion with the mayo and spread that over the bottom. I put the w sauce in the melted butter with the garlic powder and add poppy seeds and I just pour that or drizzle it over the top. The kids LOVE it!! Great snack or a quick easy lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It’s also great for game days and tailgates. I’m gonna try this breakfast version though tomorrow morning prolly and see what that be like.

You have done it again, I added spinach and mushrooms in my eggs with oven roasted turkey. Never thought of adding top glaze. I'm hooked on your channel 👑

Question, do you do pizza dough? I've been making my own dough, hand knead and let it rise for 2 hours, but I'd like to know if you have any tips for more flavor in the dough itself? I put garlic, and a pizza seasoning I bought for when it's rolled out, but what could I use to incorporate into the dough b4 I start kneading besides my salt, and sugar that would give it a little kick?

Since I'm from NJ I'd want to put some Taylor Pork Roll on top of that instead of the ham. If you've never had it your first time might be a religious experience. Or maybe I'd do some Canadian Bacon. It's all good. Might use some Swiss cheese also, since it's got significantly lower sodium than cheddar does (1/3 to 1/4 as much) and I need to watch my sodium intake. Gotta have some cheese though!

Everybody likes their particular brand of mayo. I prefer Duke's. But Hellmann's and Best Foods is the same product, just different names in different parts of the country. Think about the jingle: "Bring out the Hellmann's and bring out the Best."
DUKES has the TWANG boss man, before i retired, i would make a b-fast samich to eat on the way to work. i have these microwave containers just the right size for a slice of bread. 1 egg a bit of 1/2 and 1/2, sautéed peppers and onions (which i kept in the fridge). in the microwave 1 1/2 minutes. take it out and shake a little and top with a cooked sausage patty and a slice of sharp Velveeta cheddar. on toast with butter and jelly. they do come out FLUFFY. OOOOOOWEEEEEE. lol, you know who this is, PEACE BROTHA. see you Friday afternoon.

I use Havarty cheese and also mix a teaspoon lemon juice with mayo before spreading it but yours looks delicious thanks
