Vitamin D in the northern hemisphere is great but it the sun comes back in healthy amount by March just got to get out there early in the morning with out cover clothes as bare as can stand!
I crush egg shells in a coffee grinder and fill pill capsules for my calcium. You can also add it into your coffee filter and let it filter into the coffee.

Too bad about the cancer and heart disease that develop over time. The longest-lived/healthiest humans eat mostly vegetables
