As a newly minted 70 year old, my regimen is to continue to stay connected in being emotionally and spiritually happy (but know that shit, hate and danger exist and must be destroyed). Be active in my head (no problem for me, there’s always a party going on between my ears), walk whenever you can (stairs always), most importantly, love and be of service to others (this is good busy work) , and just be and love YOU and the existence you own. As one lovely lady once exclaimed so truly, “We are stardust we are golden. We are caught up in the devils bargain, and we got to get ourselves, back to the garden”. Working in my garden everyday.

Good job on the not drinking. Quit 6 years ago after many years as a 5 o'clock drinker and have not looked back. Don't miss it. I think we reach an age and our bodies just don't like it anymore. Great discussion.

Look when you do the mushrooms if you really want to get help from them you need to do it alone and a quiet place with your eyes covered so you can immerse inside at least that's the information that I've found is that it's not like the old days when you did some mushrooms went to a concert now it needs to be a spiritual thing

I also have been using some mushrooms but it seems I'm very grumpy the next few days after I wonder if this has been your experience

You're not alone I've used cannabis since I was 12 years old I'm 61 about 10 years ago I started using it in edible form as medicine I was on Metropolol and all kinds of other medicines and edible cannabis got me off of it all. I've been keto for over a year and on and off keto for 10 years so now 3 weeks I've been basically meat water and some egg yolks and I've been off cannabis for that time but I've had horrible insomnia so tonight I took some the way I make it as I get pure distillate THC oil and I mix it with MCT oil it's amazing but I found that it gives me cravings for sugar so I've been off it for 3 weeks and I haven't slept in 3 weeks so tonight I took about a third of my usual dose and I'm trying to get some sleep I'm not going to feel guilty about it or nothing because I'm in the best shape of my life I weigh what I did when I was 18 years old and all of my medical issues psoriasis Barrett's esophagus too many to list I have disappeared from keto and carnivore and I have suffered from depression since I was 13 cannabis I think kept me from taking my life many times so I had an episode yesterday where all those terrible thoughts were coming in and I didn't use any cannabis and I didn't kill myself but punch something and I broke my hand so tonight I'm taking a little bit and I'm not going to feel bad about it because I've made so many amazing healings that it just it's it's an amazing Madison and I just stopped at 3 weeks ago because I was getting sugar Cravings I hope it doesn't give me them but I took it before bed so that way I can't run off to the store and get a pint of Haagen-Dazs I feel you brother yesterday when I was in the depth of my darkness I went and got a pound and a half Delmonico that really helped had another one tonight

Happy Birthday Sixx Thanks For sharing your Story i was 450 pounds At Age 50yrs old i have suffered from Diabetic Complications lost my Right leg Below The Knee 17 yrs ago as i had lost several toes and foot got severe in infection i also developed drop foot on my left leg use a light strap support keeps my foot stable i also had a compulsive biting disorder have lost half of all my fingers as they got infections i have stage 5 Kidney Disease 7 yrs now i due dialisis 3 days a week i Started eating once a day 2+yrs ago i am 63 yrs old and am 213 Pounds i am incorporating Eating More Beef in my diet eat two omega 3 eggs a Greek Yougert with some Fruit and Drink a 30 grams Protean drink my wife also makes a killer Beef Stew with organic Baby Carrots Peeled Boiled potatoes Red Bell Pepper Pease with a beef broth Base She uses fresh red onion's Garlic when cooking the Beef Chunks and some other spices pepper Himalayan pink salt i feel great most of the time and my A1C was 5.0 not to bad God Bless

Keto was amazing but keto got hijacked with processed garbage and like vegan plant base meat it's just a gimmick. Keto got me into a trap with keto butter cups, cookies, cake bars. Carnivore is like clean vegan. It's very simple and just giving an idea.... If the product has more than 3 ingredients don't buy it. If it has 3 ingredients and one is sugar put it back. Ideally our message is also eat real food and not these edible food like products

Love this! I am 51 and 1 mth into carnivore. Had done carnivore 12 years ago but was still on the booze so it did nothing! And as you know giving up booze is normally painful. This time I am flying. Crazy how carnivore gives you so much. Now there is no way I am going back to that crap. My depression has disappeared to. And i am venturing out to do things I was scared off now. Like flying my drone that I had in a box for 15 mths unopened! Learning a new language! Life begins with carnivore!
