    ❤ So how about I blend a small amount in water for 60 seconds or until everything gets blended 🎉 Because I love all of my fruits & vegetables & I can't digest them all daily by eating 😂

    Great video!
    Some basics to go off: Fresh is always best. Blended reduces some nutrients. Steamed reduces some nutrients. Cooked in oil some more. Microwave mutates a bit and destroys some. Frying obliterates nutrients and adds empty calories.

    Great video as usual Doug. Speaking of omega threes, could you do another video on those? I know you’ve done a brief one before but it would greatly be great to hear something a bit more in depth because it’s such a confusing issue even for many raw, vegans and vegans.

    I thought I heard you say in another video that you live in England, do you not find it difficult as there’s not the choice of fruit

      Many kinds of fruits are available all year round. Mainly imported of course, but very affordable.

      @@TheInfloence Thanks for replying, yes, I live in Ireland and it’s the same not the wonderful choice there is in like in America, my daughter lives in New York… I’m afraid I love my cooked food in our rainy climate

    Not sure why everyone hasn't bought a 'Vacuum Blender' yet 😇 It makes sooo much better smoothies and for example blueberries will stay blue for hours after blending instead of going brown in minutes 🫐🫐 Even more confusing why hasn't the the biggest name in blenders made a vacuum carafe yet. Anyway, buy one, try one, you will Love it 😇💛🌪🍌🍓🥬🫐
