He doesnt panic, he gets hyper focused and the amount of adrenaline he gets forces him to shake. You get it in shooters when you are last alive or popping off to a crazy degree. In Osrs you get in difficult PvE encounters like your first trip Jad, Zuk, your first solo Olm.. or pvp when you are risking etc etc etc. My point is, usually the people at the top do not shake like that when they get pumped on adrenaline. They get the adrenaline hit, but it simply heightens their focus. The fact that he does... but is still able to be really great while its happening... is insane to me. Its a compliment. he is so good his own body fights against him and he still pops off... I just dont see it being the same in an FPS game where you not only have to click in the right spot, but control the recoil as well. HOWEVER, he is cracked so he would probably still pop off hahah
