“Accepting that it’s 100% my nervous system”.
Thankyou for sharing your story Tracy! Mine is so similar at age 55.
Thanks and welcome 😊❤️
How did you get your nervous system regulated? Did any supplements help?
Accepting that Recovery is predictably unpredictable. That is so true!
Take away
.. i have CFC. I got my first hint from a friend thst HAD CFS. She folliwed a Dr and got better. She is now traveling the world!!!
Thank you for sharing! 😊
54. You look awesome. Thought you were 35 ❤
Yes likewise😅
Amazing 🙌
I was running on adrenaline taking care of my mom with Alzheimer's. Not that I am visiting her in hospital and then a nursing home, I'm exhausted. I am starting small steps and pacing myself. Thank you for all the information with your videos. I'm learning a lot and have hope that maybe finally, I will feel better again. I've been put off work (a few years now). I'm 59, but maybe when I feel better, I might be able to work a bit, maybe part time again.
Amazing mindset! 🙌
@@cfsrecovery Thanks!

Thank you for your videos? Is it possible that a medication caused a dysregulation in my nervous system? I started taking mirtazapine for sleep a year ago and have had unexplainable chronic pain and fatigue ever since ( tension headaches, pain behind eyes, visual snow, brain fog...). Since stopping it a month ago, the symptoms have gotten much worse. Will implement your techniques but could the medication be the first trigger?
Yes, that is possible. May I ask what symptoms you may be struggling with ATM?
@@cfsrecovery Thank you for your answer! Pain behind the eyes, blurry vision, light sensitivity and visual snow. Brain fog and dissociation. It all started while taking it and just skyrocketed since I stopped 5 weeks ago!
Wow. Lightbulb moment. Black and white thinking. Black and white in how you set your goals. I could already change the black and white thinking in many areas of my life. But when I think about my career goals I eather get very successfull, or I earn the minimum wage in my head. The one way puts a lot of pressure on me, and the other way makes me very very sad. It is time to disvover the grey areas. Perhaps then it is easier to find my way.
Amazing mindset! 🙌
Is cfs a autoimmune diseas
Regarding whether CFS is an autoimmune disease, the current understanding is that while there are aspects of immune dysfunction seen in many individuals with CFS, it is not typically classified as a primary autoimmune disease. Autoimmune diseases involve the immune system mistakenly attacking the body's own tissues, whereas in CFS, the immune system appears to be dysregulated.
Is cfs and me also cause by virus

Hi, can muscle twiching 24/7 be part of cfs as well? If so Have you seen that resolved within your program
Yes, it can be. A lot of the symptoms you don't need to do anything, you just need to leave them be and they go away on their own!
Have a look at these videos to get a better understanding of what's going on and how the body is trying to recalibrate itself.
