It is so important to have these reminders and helpful tips as I journey forward with the unknown 2.0 version of me and my life. Thank you both so much for helping me get a life and a fuller optimizing future. Love and hugs to you both. 🤗 ❤

Crista and Miguel, this was excellent!! Honest, real and so many things you said Crista resonated with me, the snarky voice about what was wrong with 1.0 me and wanting to get back to my old life, what was wrong with her…that was totally me!!! And the honesty around the APs and the messiness of it. Excellent, this is so validating!

Crista and Miguel, thanks for this video, both of you. do you guys see people who are modestly affected by CFS recover, who may not have been to the point of being in hospital or bed bound, but have lost much energy and vigor, feel heavy, fatigued, anxious, fat, lowered self esteem? I am not having serious symptoms, but I do have minor muscle and joint pain, sinus congestion, mild ADHD/brain fog, overall lethargy and loss of liveliness, and I cannot go intense in the gym, run, and I have only been walking 1/2-3 miles a day for about 5 months now. wondering what is going on and if program could help me.

@@ezza1236I think the point is most recovery stories are from one extreme to the next. It would be nice to hear stories with competitively mild CFS. Ones who still work (at least part time) get outside etc
