That last sentence is not true. I got this 5 years ago and now again, and yourself said in another Video that recovery does not mean never had again 0 crashes. To be honest you can relapse and get it again in fact i was functional 5 years ago and no i am in a deeper hole with bedbound. My experience does not lead to anybody, but like yourself said cfs recovery is unique for everyone!!!! I am glad and really happy for you that you made it out with 100% and zero crashes now, i think it depends a little bit on the root cause.
Thank you so much for sharing as much info as you do for free. Your videos and so many others’ recovery stories have been an absolute god send. I feel so seen and ready to take on recovery for myself.

All I have to say to anyone, is that the Braining Retraining works. I’ve tried it the last 4 months. I’ve done it non stop/religiously and found huge improvement in my symptoms. I didn’t have anything to loose!
