I really really see my own story in Michaels. I have not recovered. Its all still pretty new to me. The last couple months Ive had depression and its only gotten worse despite talking to a psychiatrist. Thats when the existential anxiety has popped up and I feel the same as what Michael felt. The past weeks Ive had so much constant anxiety that I now almost dont feel anything.

Hi Robin & Michael, very nice video as always, and it's great to hear recovery stories! Michael, would you mind sharing the CFS program you are doing on top of Robin's coaching? I have recovered from depression / burnout / CFS thanks to Robin too, but still have low CFS and would be interested to know, sunny thanks from France!🤗🙏

I was curious about this too. COVID really affected my energy levels but I'm not sure if I have CFS. Regardless I would like to know what could have helped him work through it.

Hi! I went on a program called CFS academy which is run by someone called Miguel Bautista. It was 100% worth it and has such an amazing community. Maybe you could start off by watching videos on his channel “cfsrecovery” as they’re really helpfully too. All the best on your journey!

@@joeywetmore5843 hi I thought that sertraline caused severe clenching for me ( as I’d read in the side affects that it could )so I stopped it and I still have the problem. I have GERD and have read that clenching can be a result of reflux as can teeth and jaw misalignment both of which I have .
Mine is so chronic that I am waiting to see a specialist who suggested that Botox in the muscle is an option, not an ideal one but an option I’m willing to try as I’ve suffered the pain and discomfort with this for well over two years now ( although I was always a grinder) but the clenching is something else.
Hope you can find some relief ❤

@MikeGreen98 how's tapering going? I may be looking to do this soon. Sometimes I think the anti depressants aren't working as they should or make things worse oddly in some ways...
