    Woke up feeling extremely anxious and with heavy dpdr symptoms listening to this really helped me to be able to get up and get going. Thank you so much 🙂

    lately, while meditating, fractions of images from my childhood come to me, very randomly, without any positive or negative charge, a memory more like an image that just shows me a place. I don't know how to interpret this, does this happen to anyone else?

      Hey there, yes this happens to me as well. Usually the same images, or could be random new images, never really positive or negative, just there. Or maybe insights into random things from the past. I just allow it, observe it, let it do it's thing and let it go. Is it similar ? Hope this helps!
