    Hey Kris, thank you so much for all, I"m brazilian and I have 56 yers old, 3 days a week I run i run in a park that looks a lot like a trail in dense forest and with steep climbs and descents in the middle of dense forest , for this, I love your videos and actually I done yours exercises .     You are the only dude on youtube that ive found with quality gymnast workout routines given. So many different varieties, and in support of all flows of income. I just need a home like yours with a massive home built "gymnast gym". ;P

    Simply amazing! Fantastic workout accompanied by fantastic music and fantastic scenery! One of the most outstanding training video I have ever seen. Make me want to hit the gym 24/7 and do calisthenics and ditch the old bloody boring weights training! Kris, you have an amazing nordic warrior body and makes us guys wanting the same. Kudos!

    Väldigt inspirerande! Har gymmat och tränat crossfit länge men känner att jag tröttnat och hamnat på en plattform.
    Jag har nu testa många av dina calisthenics övningar i två veckor och är grymt imponerad av träningsvärken och det snabba resultatet!

    Kris, Thanks for some variations of exercises that I want to try. I sure will try the leg lift variations. I just made a sturdy table (no back support tho) that I can sit on and do some leg lifts on even in the winter.

    I call the second exercise the Inverted Deadlift. BTW I actually use planks/HBH as main ab exercise, weighted.
