"Say- you must LIKE coffee?" "I do or I wouldn't drink so much hot water just to get a little!" ~ I gotta remember that line!
🤣😂🤣 right
@@cristineconnell7803 totally David and cristine, same here
edited out misspelled cristine, my bad
I just love Zasu Pitts. She was wonderful and a silent movie star. She made a great transition to talkies.
Ah, the Pennsy. Gone but not forgotten.
McLaglen was always wonderful, and such a big handsome lug, too!
A terrific comedy, as always, by the great master, Hal Roach. He was just about unmatched until Blake Edwards.
SUPER MERCI POUR CETTE PETITE MERVEILLE COMPLÈTEMENT FARFELUE JUBILATOIRE !.. LES ACTRICES ACTEURS SONT ÉPATANTES ÉPATANTS !.. LA NOUGATINE SUR CETTE PIÈCE MONTÉE C'EST QUAND-MÊME ZASU PINCE- SANS RIRE AU POSSIBLE HYPER MARRANTE !.. BRAVO À TOUTE L'ÉQUIPE !..
One of these days movie studios will wake up, realize people want movies like this back and make a killing. No more sex, filthy language and no plots. Just good movies.
I really enjoyed this film an all around great cast
Victor McLaglen always gives a great performance. Loved the cast and the story. Great war era movie. Thanks
what a fun story. i love Zasu, and you cant beat a movie that has a vintage train as well 🚂🚃........ 😊
Too adorable Thank you for sharing this 💎 gemstone. 😊
Parts of this movie can only be described as hilarious 😂 Thx for the download .
I just can't explain how amazing this is.
Do you always perspire ... when you think ... GR8 Line !!
so many little jokes plot twists and action: perfect family movie
That was fun! Victor McLaglen and Zasu Pitts. The Late Show!
This baby is really comfortable with these people and by his reactions he very intelligent.
Great movie !! Thanks for the show....!!!
The baby was the best actor of all of them. He made me laugh so.
She is a female. Gay Ellen Dakin is the sole surviving cast member in late October 2021, and is now 81 years old.
Swell movie. Wonder what became of the cute little baby. Some iconic locomotives too. Score another TD for PizzaFlix
That handsome baby is about 80 years old now. I cant believe it. Lol
I love this cast of familiar faces! Very enjoyable movie.
I'm 48 yrs old, male and I love Patsy and ZaSu.the plot is great. People don't appreciate underrated classic comedy from the golden age. Leave politics out of this!
Dennis O'Keffee was stellar in so many roles -- smaller part here but well done as usual.
This is Hilarious, great characters, the baby is adorable and the Dr. Yummy🙂❤
That little baby could act he was so cute 😊
Cute movie 🍿🍿 thank you 7stars have a bless day 🙋 you and your families 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Quite a laugh riot thanks for uploading. I never watched it before and thrilled to come across it.
Always good to see Hattie's brother....!!
No babies were harmed in the making of this film. 🥰😄
lol, the beauty mark !
That baby’s head is as big as Victor McLahlen’s head. They could pass for twins. Lol
I wasn’t expecting to enjoy this movie as much as I did but, I’ve come to like ZaSu. She’s funny in all of her movies. 😊🤣
I loved every minute of this movie.
Wish it could go back to when the railroads were proud to keep the varnish on time....
Micah Lall-Trail not to mention safer.
@@southerncatholicgal5548 - And faster than today! The Broadway Limited did Chicago-NYC in 16 hours. Amtrak does it in 20 or more.
That leopard hat! A real wind resistor!
I still find it hilarious that the baby "boy" is actually a girl and she's still alive today
I give this 53 thumbs up to make up for the 53 ppl that just don't enjoy a great movie. 👍........
Awesome picture from start to finish 👍
Very clever of the director to set up the clinic across the street from where he is making the film
Marjorie Woodworth's voice reminds me a lot of Judy Garland sometimes.
Patricia Heil I feel the same about that, actually thought it was Judy Garland until I looked at the cast.
Patricia Heil
She’s most definitely a beautiful woman!
I thought the same thing...!!! Totally...!!
I see this movie basically as another remake of "Twentieth Century", one of the definitive screwball comedies from 1934.. It was mostly set aboard the Twentieth Century Limited, a real train or at least file footage and sets in place of the real train. However, the real train was on the New York Central, whereas this movie used file footage and product placement for the similar Pennsylvania Railroad train running between New York and Chicago not-so-coincidentally named the "Broadway Limited".
The preceding comment was made in mind for viewers too young to remember when there was still a New York Central and a Pennsylvania Railroad
This one is clever and funny directed by Gordon Douglas. It is entirely the opposite of the ridiculous film directed by him that same year, Niagara Falls.
The cutest baby!
Probably the last surviving cast member. Actually a girl, she will turn 79 in May 2019.
Was guessing it's a baby boy
Does anyone find it strange a stranger knows where to find a baby? Wake up!
Funny movie. Anyone else notice at 1:02:33 when "Ivon starts to wave his hands, he startles the baby and he jumps. LoL!
Reminder to self to watch later
Wonderful!
Hey mister is that really your face I busted out laughing lol
The sweetist screwball comedy of them all. Love from every pore.
freaking awesome!thanks much
I love any movie with Zasu Pitts in it.
That was hilarious!
a cute story 😂
really cute movie :)
A publicity stunt staged on a train known as the broadway limited creates problems because of an unknown baby that was part of the stunt! A lot of laughs with the cast of Marjorie woodworth, victor mclaglen, Dennis o’keefe, patsy Kelly and zasu pitts ( their only film together! )in this funny flick-and the baby steals the show! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😊😊😊😊
l ❤ these early Jason Sudeikis movies!
Zasu Pitts and Patsy Kelly in their only film together.
47:07 there she is PRR 1223
I wonder if this was a play before it was movie. Took place all on a train. Fluffy little comedy during a difficult time--1941. Probably played 2nd in a double feature.
Liz in Wisconsin Double features were wonderful!
I have dreams of us living in moving trains buy a cabin keep site seeing
SOME PRETTY FUNNY MOMENTS - MY FAVORITES BEING THE SQUEEZE THRU (10:36-11:05 “THANK YOU LADY VERY MUCH.” “YOU’RE WELCOME.”) THE LITTLE BOY PLAYING DODGE BALL WITH THAT SAME LADY IN THE CORRIDOR (11:07-11:15), AND THE LADIES OF CLASS SMILING POLITELY AND BEING AMUSED AS THEY WATCH THE GUY’S BEHAVIOR AS HE SITS BEHIND THEM IN THE LUNCH ROOM (22:44-23:10).
Interesting that there were so many Irish Americans driving the trains, it was obviously a thing in those days
Another great movie for us blk and white movie fiends
Thanks, but you forgot to mention Zazu in the description...she steals the show as usual...
Intro would be 10x better if there weren't any credits in the way
Lol; I love Zasu!
shots of the BL
and all steam
21 hrs from chi to NYC and now amtrak takes over two days
Govn really works well!
+al meggs Well, the Broadway Limited was discontinued by Amtrak in 1995. Now, its 26 hours on the Cardinal, or 15 on the Lake Shore Limited
meggs, the gov't doesn't work at ALL, that's the problem. Amtrak cannot run on fares alone because not enough people would be able to afford them. BTW, one of drumpf's campaign promises was to greatly cut back Amtrak's subsidy; don't know if he's done it yet, but most of the promises he's kept are the destructive ones.
Kathy, yes I know, and like I said, most people can't afford the fares when it's private.
There's some real nice comments on this thread...can't we keep you tube videos to comments about the movie, instead of bringing in politics and put downs, please?
@@kathyflorcruz552 - Amtrak was created BECAUSE private railroads were losing their shirts on passenger service. They had lost their mail contracts, which subsidized passenger trains, in 1967.
Check out the shorts of Thelma Todd and Patsy Kelly
He drinks the coffee quickly so it couldnt have been hot.Strange.

Some sweet stack talk out of that D16sb locomotive! She survives today inside the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. She wears the number 1223.

Who is the mad Russian's name? ----R.M.Kaleta
That One actor Guy is the best
I cant figure out if He is gay or european but something wierd äbout him.
@ Garry: Which actor are you wondering about?
@@PizzaFLIX THE Guy playing director Ivan ivansky.
@@garrysekelli6776 -- the actor's name is Leonid Kinskey, originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, performed across Europe and much of Latin America before his arrival in the United States in 1932. Married three times. At the time of his death, in 1998, he was the last surviving major cast member of Casablanca (1942).
@@PizzaFLIX i wonder if hes related to Klaus Kinsky.
Lmk I'll jhlp😊
Victor McLaglen makes me think of Donald Trump in this film. Watch, there are similarities.
Ass hat
14:31 into this rubbish and I can't take anymore.
Human trafficking was much more socially acceptable back then I guess.
B D. No just a playful plot enjoy
Kidnapping for ransom had nothing to do with human trafficking.
This film's mere rubbish..oh well.
I enjoyed it
Great stuff . . .
