Cool product, but hard to pay the price when a frame, or scissor lift costs the same.

Your product is clever -- I especially like that it's powered by a simple drill, instead of complicated and expensive hydraulics. I wish you could make a newer version of your car lift which would have at least twice the lifting height -- say, over 50 inches.

@@manofsan Thank you for your compliment on the design. To go higher the whole approach will have to be changed. I am sure there are screw-driven mechanical lifts out there. To convert them to be drill operated will slow the lift quite a bit and this may not be liked by a lot of people. But it is something to think about it.
Also, height over 26 - 30 inches is really not much beneficial, a person can not sit or stand under the lift and work at 50 inches height. For me, the 26 inches is the max for working on a creeper or go all the way up to 75 inches and stand under a lift. The 26 inches was chosen to accommodate the regular 7 or 8-foot garage ceiling.

@@EZcarlift the mid-rise lifts can still be accommodated in a regular 8-foot garage ceiling. So perhaps I should have said "sitting/squatting height" instead. You should really consider this mid-rise market. Where I live, it is illegal to have a hydraulic lift in your home garage, unless you are a licensed professional auto mechanic. Don't worry about the slowness, I think a few minutes of lifting time is acceptable. Your device is much safer than ordinary lifting jacks, and is still portable. Based on current economic trends, many younger and lower-income people would benefit from your type of product and its approach, which can save them a lot of money on maintenance & repair costs. You should definitely develop your product's concept further.

@@manofsan I do not disagree with you, a mid rise lift will work in an 8 ft ceiling. I personally do not see the big benefit of squatting while working, but this is my opinion.
The Autilift 3000 may work for you - ruclips.net/video/ujPCWmqAVUo/видео.html. It Will provide suficient height for sitting or squatting and it is mechanical too. I am in muchof a favor of it, I am sure it works for some folks. Bantpack offers it as well

@@EZcarlift Hi, thanks for your great feedback, I appreciate your info. Max Jack offers a lift height of 45" which can be quite useful:

4 feet of lift height seems quite reasonable to sit under. But your EZcarlift's portability is hard to beat. Quickjack also looks portable, but their lift height is inferior to yours:

If you ever come up with a taller lift design, please consider bundling it with an impact wrench to use with it. The much higher torque of the impact wrench would be useful to raise the lift faster. Meanwhile, it would also be useful for tire lugnuts, etc. I've noticed that portable cordless tools like impact wrenches have been greatly improving in recent years, offering smaller size, along with better torque & power, and I feel that's something you should take advantage of for evolving your product.
