    AMAZING! I’m 14 and from the uk. Loved this so much. I used 20 kg for the first section and down to 16 for the next. Sweat all over typing this lol.

    All the way from Ethiopia 🇪🇹... Love your barbell follow-along workouts. I do them at home as I feel more comfortable than going to the gym (as a woman). The workouts are straightforward and comprehensive. Your channel also gives me various workout options to choose from, which is great because it helps me switch up my routine. Genuinely enjoying your channel!!

    I am from California. I found your RUclips channel a couple nights ago, when searching Google for 30 minute weightlifting routines. I did this Day 1 workout yesterday, and loved it. I started regular weightlifting in April 2021 and have not yet missed a week. But the workouts I've been using run 1 to 1-1/2 hours long, and I've juggled such a heavy work load this year that I've been struggling to fit in that much time 4x/week, even leaving out some sets. Some weeks, I have only been able to fit in 1 or 2 of those longer workouts. I love this superset approach to get in a good hard workout in less time. Your videos are very well done, and your instructions are great.

    Getting back into working out after a few years off due to health. Bought a bench that came with a barbell, 100lbs and a leg extention. Was searching got a plan and found this. Thank you. It's been 6 months since you posted it but it's definitely great.

    im so glad i click your video. im doing homework and just started lifting weights 2mos ago. and i have been avoiding men's workout vids coz i have this misconception that its way too difficult for me to follow along but im wrong. i was able to do this. ill def try your 7 days bb workout. thank you 🥰♥️

    weightlifted for 6 years and stopped for 7. im getting back into it now so thank you for your channel! i wish more women had a channel like this! anyways, for floor press do i have to be on the floor or can i sub for bench press ?

      I had written down the workout on a piece of paper and, a man walked passed me and took a nosy at what I had written down 😆. The workout 💪🏾 made me sweat but it was awesome

    I will be doing the 7 day workout regards . Can I ask you a quick question Tom .. Do you believe there are benefits from doing sit-ups? I’m hearing mixed messages.

      Great to hear. Sit ups are fine for Abs and Hip flexors if they don’t hurt your lower back. They get a bad rap because of hip flexor engagement taking some emphasis off abs. Support the way up and down with abs engaged and most people are fine 👍

    I’ve been hearing that circuit is not the best for building muscle and even the effect of fat burn is lower compared to strength training. I chose your circuits over spending an hour and half lifting. Should I go back to it? Confused :/

      This isn’t really a circuit. It’s more like a superset workouts. The problem with circuits is usually the intervals as too long meaning you are working endurance not strength. This workout has a timed interval suitable for muscle building and not too long.
      Also many circuits use one weight for two exercises that should be done with different weights, e.g bicep curls and bench press. My videos pick exercises within each section that would be done with a similar weight.

    I have a homemade barbell weight and cannot do the ab rollout...is there an alternative to it...I also have arthritis so doing pressups is a real struggle...what would be you advice...thank you
