I am from California. I found your RUclips channel a couple nights ago, when searching Google for 30 minute weightlifting routines. I did this Day 1 workout yesterday, and loved it. I started regular weightlifting in April 2021 and have not yet missed a week. But the workouts I've been using run 1 to 1-1/2 hours long, and I've juggled such a heavy work load this year that I've been struggling to fit in that much time 4x/week, even leaving out some sets. Some weeks, I have only been able to fit in 1 or 2 of those longer workouts. I love this superset approach to get in a good hard workout in less time. Your videos are very well done, and your instructions are great.

Great to hear. Sit ups are fine for Abs and Hip flexors if they don’t hurt your lower back. They get a bad rap because of hip flexor engagement taking some emphasis off abs. Support the way up and down with abs engaged and most people are fine 👍
I’ve been hearing that circuit is not the best for building muscle and even the effect of fat burn is lower compared to strength training. I chose your circuits over spending an hour and half lifting. Should I go back to it? Confused :/
This isn’t really a circuit. It’s more like a superset workouts. The problem with circuits is usually the intervals as too long meaning you are working endurance not strength. This workout has a timed interval suitable for muscle building and not too long. Also many circuits use one weight for two exercises that should be done with different weights, e.g bicep curls and bench press. My videos pick exercises within each section that would be done with a similar weight. Hope that helps.
I have a homemade barbell weight and cannot do the ab rollout...is there an alternative to it...I also have arthritis so doing pressups is a real struggle...what would be you advice...thank you

You can always put it down for a second to rest then squeeze in a couple extra before end of timer. Well done 💪🏼
