A question...when you breathe in ,does your stomach need to pump out, and while you breathe out, your stomach has to contract? Is this the way? Can you please show your way a bit closer to your body,I mean stomach, when you teach the breathing method. Thank you.

@@navanitham6104 Hi Navanitham, first observe Saurabh. Then do the yoga. It is very important to breath through nose and mouth closed.
@ navanitham initially u experience that but keep practicing u get used to & benefits too. My own experience I too had now feeling good

I suffer from Interstitial Lung Disease.
I am able to hold my breath for 5 seconds after inhaling but not able to hold breath after exhaling.
Finding it difficult.
Please advise

I have a question... When doing box breathing... When holding a breath in or out not able to hold more than 3 count... If I hold for more counts I feel uneasiness... Is this normal??

Can't take breath in and out as per the time, I can just take in only for little while, breath out little more time possible. Hold breathe am able to.
I breathe in and hold for 5 + 5 seconds but it takes me 10 secs to breathe out completely. Is that ok?

Breathing in and holding us no problem but breathing out and keeping the breath out for long is a problem
