The one from the 94 Batman TAS, in which he's just so über-skilled at time management that Batman pretty much can't reach him until RNG comes in and disrupt a really minor part in the planning of the King, and the very odd clockmaker from Batman vs Time Traveler: A Total Déjà Vu, in which the King (herecalled Francis Grey) is just some random schmuck with the ability to rewind time by a couple of seconds, which is just enough to cause trouble to Batman. Time management is often not considered as a super power because there are real people that just manage their time very efficiently. It is often considered a staple of success, because no time lost means more gains for the manager, whether it be financial, knowledge, know-how, anything that can leverage even more revenues or "free" (leisure) time without any stress. That's also why the Clock King is often very poorly mistreated in the Batman universe: how can a thief and a scoundrel be so apt at time management and NOT land a very high pay job?

Imagine him not knowing how to really fight, but still perfectly beating the crap out of Batman in a fist fight simply because he perfectly measured how much time it takes Batman to throw a punch or a kick and how long it takes him to block a hit or avoid one. Batman thinking that Clock King is some fast martial artist when really he just times his punches perfectly with the gaps in Batmans guard and moves just out of range for a Batmans punches to land.
Reminder that clock king was rhe one that Amanda Waller tasked with planning to infiltrate the justice league watchtower, to steal one single item. And he succeeded. And the justice league didn't figure it out until after the heist had already been completed. Clock King outsmarted the entire justice league
Clock king is actually kinda cool. He has the ability to see what is about to happen 4.6692 seconds into the future, allowing him to anticipate an opponent's every move which makes him comparable to Deathstroke and Ravager, though of course he doesn't have quite the physical prowess

That's because he can write anything and it will become reality in seconds. In other words, The Writer has omnipotent and omnicient powers and pressumably omnipresent powers. Plasmus is a very tragic character in the 2003 Teen Titans animated show. The dude who transforms into Plasmus, Otto Von Furth, cannot be awaken or else the Plasmus monster will take complete control of him and start doing chaos all around, and Otto can do noting to avoid it. I personally was hyped for this game until I learned it was another live service looter with a battle pass that they also want 70$ for. Essentially Gotham Knights but "wacky". Nah, I'm good on that. This video was cool though and showed me that the Suicide Squad members we tend to see are actually the least interesting ones. Shrapnel is wild.
It was in the JLA animated series, season 3 I think, where they introduced a version of the clock King that I really liked in the suicide squad episode that had them sabotage the reactor. He was just there to plan the assault but he meticulously planned the entire thing down to the second and gave room for error or changing of plans He analyzed everyones abilities, took into account every factor with the info provided and made a successful course of action. If you really think about it, that shit is exceptionally powerful if used correctly. Unfortunately I couldn't find a part that mentioned his name, so it could have been the calculator but I still think he's pretty powerful or at least extremely useful

Showing a general disdain and hatred for its proceeding work, for some reason. With the whole thing of Harley hating her old suit, throwing shade at the amazing design and then giving us something awful. Number 3: It shows the similar movement and gameplay as both avengers and Gotham knights (more so Gotham knights, with some assets straight from them; Boring, uninspired. This is the fallout 76 thing all over again. Gameplay looks mid to boring as hell, story is bland if not passable, and there are elements of the game that seem to only be made to piss consumers off. Baby Boom is basically Baby Doll and self insert Morrison is EXACTLY like Commander Guff from Magic the Gathering. The latter participated in a war despite knowing that and how the villain would win, so when they did, his friends begged him to change the ending by crossing out crucial parts. After doing that, he still died because the villain killed him quicker than he could write. Also the Joker and Harley ripoff remind me of Mr and Mrs Mime from Doomsday Clock.

The second Clock King can actually see a few seconds into the future, which is very useful in a fight. He can also make gadgets that can do things like allow him to fly and teleport.
2:49 - actually, it was Chemo being fitted with a device that let other people "drive" it; the membrane holding it together would shift to look like the person in control, meaning that we also got a Thinker and King Faraday version in the same miniseries.

People aren't a fan of the game because it's clearly chalked full of microtransactions, cosmetics locked behind paywalls, grinding and the forever online experience that people literally burned and buried Marvel's Avengers for a few years ago. I sincerely doubt anybody is going to "hate" the game before launch unless it turns out to be truly horrible, irredeemable, and a monotonous money-slog like Marvel's Avengers was.

Dude, their is so much wrong with that game. From the looter shooter aspect to it. Which in all honesty clearly was not satisfying. To the UI elements which is just a jumble of Colors and numbers thrown at you. To the point that you cannot even see what your doing. And o don't forget all the boring missions you get to do. Like Sit in one spot and kill things for 5 minutes. And o look sit in one spot and kill things for 5 minutes. And don't forget the sit in one spot and kill things for 10 minutes. Really got to spice things up. And don't forget how badly they handled the story. Not only dose none of what you do really matter. As this is a live service game which means the story isn't actual finished. You don't defeat brainiac at the end of the story. Which mind you, Spoiler alert is just a reskin of the flash fight. So if you enjoy fighting the flash, you get to do it again. But the real thing that everyone is sad about. Is just the disrespect for batman. Which is a shame considering that Kevin Conroy, the voice actor of batman in the arkham games. Is dead, so this is the last we will ever see of this character. which amounts to being called a monster By harely and shot in the head. And to add insult to injury, Wonder women, a character that had no role or presence inside the entire Arkham franchise. Gets killed and treated like a true super hero. to the point that Harely, the serial killer cries for her. All the while everyone else either gets jokes sent to them. Or in the case of the flash pissed on. Because captain boomerang is trying to be the most unlikealbe character. Then again they all kinda suck against king shark. Who not only is the best character but also plays like the hulk. Which means he is the only one that is fun to play. And also don't get me started on them bringing back the joker. Making the mass murder into a Miss understood rogue. Their is plenty of things to hate about that game.

The Watchmen characters were adaptations of Charlton characters, but Punch and Jewelee adaptations were never used. Doomsday Clock invented Marionette and Mime, who are the ‘Charlton’ adaptations of Punch and Jewelee. So there’s no derivation from Harley Quinn at all.

Punch and Jewlee actually predate the "Joker and Harley" couple by almost 30 years. They first appeared as Captain Atom villains in 1967.
that being said jewelee never had a first name, gonna assume it’s bonnie because captain atom and nightshade (eve eden) fought against punch and jewelee in the charlton comics days, so adam and eve. And we know punch’s first name is clyde so, i’m assuming jewelee’s name is bonnie. They really didn’t mind cheesy name pairings 🤷♂️
Baby Boom is basically Baby Doll and self insert Morrison is EXACTLY like Commander Guff from Magic the Gathering. The latter participated in a war despite knowing that and how the villain would win, so when they did, his friends begged him to change the ending by crossing out crucial parts. After doing that, he still died because the villain killed him quicker than he could write. Also the Joker and Harley ripoff remind me of Mr and Mrs Mime from Doomsday Clock.
that’s on purpose! Watchmen (doomsday clock) takes all the charlton characters like blue beetle, nightshade, captain atom, and turns their character bases into the watchmen. So punch and jewelee turned into the Mr and Mrs Mine duo in doomsday clock.

The second Clock King can actually see a few seconds into the future, which is very useful in a fight. He can also make gadgets that can do things like allow him to fly and teleport.

People aren't a fan of the game because it's clearly chalked full of microtransactions, cosmetics locked behind paywalls, grinding and the forever online experience that people literally burned and buried Marvel's Avengers for a few years ago. I sincerely doubt anybody is going to "hate" the game before launch unless it turns out to be truly horrible, irredeemable, and a monotonous money-slog like Marvel's Avengers was.

I think an ability that fits the name "Clock King" better is the ability to slow down time for some people, or speed it up for others. In other words, he would make people's minds go faster or slower, but the effect would still fit the name, and be a lot more badass.

Dude, their is so much wrong with that game. From the looter shooter aspect to it. Which in all honesty clearly was not satisfying. To the UI elements which is just a jumble of Colors and numbers thrown at you. To the point that you cannot even see what your doing. And o don't forget all the boring missions you get to do. Like Sit in one spot and kill things for 5 minutes. And o look sit in one spot and kill things for 5 minutes. And don't forget the sit in one spot and kill things for 10 minutes. Really got to spice things up.
And don't forget how badly they handled the story. Not only dose none of what you do really matter. As this is a live service game which means the story isn't actual finished. You don't defeat brainiac at the end of the story. Which mind you, Spoiler alert is just a reskin of the flash fight. So if you enjoy fighting the flash, you get to do it again. But the real thing that everyone is sad about. Is just the disrespect for batman. Which is a shame considering that Kevin Conroy, the voice actor of batman in the arkham games. Is dead, so this is the last we will ever see of this character. which amounts to being called a monster By harely and shot in the head.
And to add insult to injury, Wonder women, a character that had no role or presence inside the entire Arkham franchise. Gets killed and treated like a true super hero. to the point that Harely, the serial killer cries for her. All the while everyone else either gets jokes sent to them. Or in the case of the flash pissed on. Because captain boomerang is trying to be the most unlikealbe character. Then again they all kinda suck against king shark. Who not only is the best character but also plays like the hulk. Which means he is the only one that is fun to play.
And also don't get me started on them bringing back the joker. Making the mass murder into a Miss understood rogue. Their is plenty of things to hate about that game.

Punch and Jewelee were Charlton characters based on the English characters Punch and Judy. They predate Harley Quinn. The Watchmen characters were adaptations of Charlton characters, but Punch and Jewelee adaptations were never used. Doomsday Clock invented Marionette and Mime, who are the ‘Charlton’ adaptations of Punch and Jewelee. So there’s no derivation from Harley Quinn at all.
So like the theme of suicide squad is having character's with weird and goofy powers or weird characters from the silver age and adapt to modern stuff?
I thought Clock King could create a time loop for a day which'll end after the next time that day happens. The plot for him is that he'd strike on a leap day, making the day repeat itself for four years.
Magneto can use magnetism on anything with enough concentration. Metal is just easier to manipulate.
