    I have had LED devices for two years - initially the biggest improvement was my neck - the crepey skin disappeared. I now have a LED full size panel and use it all over my body. My arthritis pain has 98% disappeared. My skin is more plump and I do not have wrinkles (I am 62) I loooooove LED 😀

    That first before and after you showed also indicates additional hairline growth. I’ve been using my platinum led panel several times a week since November 2021. Not only did I see improvement in skin (I’m 57) but also new hair growing around the hairline, decreased knee and back pain and mosquito bites that normally take two weeks to heal are gone in a few days. Best thing I ever bought ❤️

      Hi Heather, how are you using your Platinum panels? Duration and how far are you from the panels? I have 2 BioMax 900 panels i use in the horizontal setting for 20-30 minutes. I did this for 6 months straight, daily and consistently. while I love the experience I’m definitely not getting any pain relief and whatever skin benefits, not obvious. Platinum says 10-20 inches from the panels and I’m wondering if that is the issue. Having said that-I definitely “believe” in RLT/NIR so I just bought the iPRO Celluma and definitely felt pain improvement in one treatment! So I need to figure out how to use my Platinum panels better. Your input would be appreciated. Thank you! -Jenny

      @@treasurechest123 I have one 900 panel and do 10 minutes 3-5 times a week. I bought the horizontal stand and use a massage table to lay underneath about 8-10 inches from the light. Although the duration you’re using seems like it would be comparable with more distance. Do you use the red and near infrared settings together?

    • @treasurechest123
      @treasurechest123 Год назад +2

      @@heatherpomerenke8684 thanks for replying! Yes I do use both RL/NIR together. I need to get closer!!! I will work on that. I am thinking of upgrading to the new motorized horizontal rack due to issues like this! I also rotate a bit during treatments to get my sides not just my face. The panels are surprisingly narrow light strip (at 10-12 inches away!). So I’ll try closer. Either way, I’m so happy you like your panels and see results! Thanks for responding. Best, Jenny

    You always give the most depth and width on any subject you tackle and share with us. I just want to share with you on my experience with LED Mask. I got an Omnilux face mask a few years ago, and because the design is flat, I can use it on other parts of my body without having to buy separate mask. So I use it on my face, neck, and hand, and it def made some difference. But I was shocked at the result when I used it on the saggy red/purple stretch marks left on my belly from my pregnancy 23 yrs ago. I felt like I didn’t even do it for that long to see improvement (maybe in 3~5 months). The stretch mark was not only less noticeable but the saggy skin there seem to have contracted so it’s not as loose as before.

    • @kimdorcy5150
      @kimdorcy5150 11 месяцев назад +1

      @shar7508 Many benefits! I use it every day after I shower and my skin holds on to moisture so I never have dry skin and it's supple . I dont have creapy skin anymore....I had noticed before on my neck , and arms that I was having creapy skin texture and it felt dry and itchy a lot even though I used moisturizer. I also had those little chicken skin bumps on the sides of my arms. All of that is completely gone. I was not expecting the chicken skin to go away because I had already tried everything else so I gave up. I started using the body supplement and one day I was getting dressed then realized my arms were smooth. I dont know how to describe the other changes.... Its something you see and feel .....the way water interacts with your skin when you wash your face or how your cheeks spring back when you pinch them and how you don't feel like your skin is being stretched too taught when you excersise or move a certain way or stretch in the morning. The light reflects off my skin differently and it looks more even toned . I feel more comfortable and when you get out of the shower or wash your face it doesn't feel tight like it's going to tear. It's just healthy. I don't use any other moisturizer and I didn't add anything to my routine when I started oneskin . I also wear sunscreen every single day and at 45 I also take HRT which I had started before one skin. I ordered a travel size bottle at first cause it was 35 dollars and I was scared to spend so much if it wasn't legit.

The more common are Joov, mito, platinum…there are others as more are coming on the market. Which is the best for body coverage, output, meeting clinical guidelines while considering cost effectiveness? I missed Black Friday/CM deals because I didn’t have enough information at the time to decide. Some people just buy bulbs (much less expensive) so there’s a case for that if you just purchase several. I don’t know, just mulling around different ideas. ❤👍😍 Great video Penny! Your demo of wearing your LED device while vacuuming was fun! 😂 (... I'm listening to your videos while I am sitting in front of my 3 LED panels. Lol)
    🎭 Although in the past I liked my LED mask with 5 colours, mine is too heavy to walk around with. It is one of those old school, thick, heavy, white masks, which I bought because it was very affordable. It has been fun to use on my Mom when I get the chance to have a "Spa Day" with her. Other than that... it's time to upgrade! On amazon I have been looking at several soft masks that are similar to the one in your demo. At the moment there are four masks on amazon I am keeping a close eye on. If the price drops, I'm grabbing it. Lol
    🎭 When I invest in the light weight one I can take it with me travelling, so that is also a win. 👍
    Hope you are having a great day!!!

Then do your led. Pls see the study its a case of it debate, but think of it as copper peptide which I've used too, definitely helped. I find the ordinary hialuronic acid with b5 one of the best plumping treatments to use in with your led treatment's. Also I find swapping rotating the light colour's on sessions' really does bump everything, even with the Dermalux. Ty
