If you are like me and you struggle with hair loss, hair breakage (weak hair), thinning hair, or just excessive shedding then this is the video for you. I have been testing this LED cap for a while and I am finally able to talk about it. I have tested others (I mean really tested) and none of them seemed worth their price tag. This is NOT a magic bullet. It won't regrow your hair in 2 months. It is just a tool in the toolkit. It is so easy to be compliant (I am actually not even home right now and I easily packed it with me)! Let me know if you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer or get the answers for you!
My favorite LED Masks:
HigherDose Mask go.shopmy.us/p-2109767 code PENNHD get a discount. I really love how this mask fits, so comfortable to wear and easy to move around in!
I am also really loving the new Dr Rajani Plasma Glow LED Mask store.rajanimd.com/pennsmiths...
Dr Rajani gave us a discount code! Use PENN10 for 10% off!! This mask is the first I have seen that has a piece that covers the submental area, so cool!

I’ve had chronic telogen effluvium for 6-7 years with massive shedding and hair loss. I’ve used minoxidil for several years with meh results. It did nothing for the shedding or the miniaturized hairs. I was at the point where I thought I’d have to eventually wear a hair topper when I decided to take the plunge and try irestore. I bought the essential helmet on sale for $500. OMG. I am just floored by the results. At two months I started seeing baby hairs around my hairline. At four months the shedding had stopped and now at nine months I have a sort of “helmet” of thick hair growth around my head. I’m 50 and I feel like I have the hair I had in my twenties! I will NEVER be without this helmet!
That’s wonderful!!! I’m so happy for you. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I'm REALLY wondering if this person that you've replied to is actually affiliated with.. whatever the product is called. 🤔
@@pattiprosperoella3244 Nope. I’m just an unfortunate soul struggling with hair loss and trying to find a solution 🙂
@@pattiprosperoella3244 Well, I can assure you that I am not affiliated with iRestore and I also have and use the iRestore Essential Helmet. I can also attest that it works. I wish I was affiliated with them so they would give me some $$ for every time I have referred someone to them because the helmet is not cheap. But you do have 365 days to try it out and if it doesn't do anything for you, they will refund your $$. I will be keeping mine.
Could you go through your complete hair care routine for hair loss? and do you have a routine for gray hair?
Yes, I’ll work on that! ☺️❤️
Ladies - my own experience with losing over 50% of my hair was caused by low ferritin (iron) & protein in my diet- doctor told me to take a good quality prenatal vitamin & increase protein in my diet, as I was ALWAYS dieting incorrectly not prioritizing protein. It took time but I have a full head of hair now & im healthier. You have to go to the root cause of the hairloss or you’ll be a slave to gimmicks.
Yes! Protein is so important, I have been making this a priority as well!
& Iron - when iron gets too low in the body, it begins to pull any available iron from sources in the body - like your hair..
Juice beets
My ferritin levels are too high and I've been told I should donate blood regularly to rid my body of some of it. I was thinking maybe that was contributing to my shedding and thinning. Maybe it goes both ways ??
Can you please let us know what the prenatal vitamin is called.
I use my omnilux for face on my scalp, neck and chest and it does work. And i don't care how it looks - it is just 10 minutes
I do too but only at the front hairline. How do you use it for the rest of your scalp?
I was having massive thinning around the face hairline and a ton of shedding. I decided that I was going to tackle it with everything that I possibly could. Here's what worked. I opted for the helmet the restore pro. I then got prp. I'm also using minoxidil twice a week at the hairline only. My schedule is as follows: PRP every 6 to 8 weeks. The helmet every other day. Minoxidil twice a week. I also do vitamins religiously including bio sil and then another collagen powder. I have noticed tremendous Improvement in my hair. Honestly my hair looks like that of a model. It's long and wavy curly beautiful. But it took many months to get here. I started out with the helmet first. Seems like I got the most robust response when I added in the PRP. The minoxidil also works really well for the hairline. I do think when you are tackling hair loss, you have to use several different modalities. Above all, you must have adequate nutrition and or supplements or you're not going to get anywhere no matter what you do.
I had great results with the irestore helmet. My shedding stopped completely. ❤
But as you said Penny, it’s just a tool. I do a lot of other things for my hair (including microneedling my scalp etc)
how often do you use irestore and how often do you microneedle? Do you use any serums or oral therapies?
@@almondish5911 I use my iRestore every other night.
@@almondish5911 I did Penn's 12 wk microneedle with topical minoxidil protocol. I switched to oral and now do the microneedling every few months. It really helped the baby hair around my face grow longer!
Thanks for sharing this. It sounds like a great product.
I appreciate you so much for being here for us !
Yes please, let us know when they will ship internationally. Despite some of the comments below, age plays a big role in hair loss. That's why you rarely see older people with long luscious locks!
I had gotten an email the other day from them but so glad you had shared your experience… I definitely had great experiences with your recommendations… and your code clinched it for me! Thank you Penn 😊
And this is why you are respected and trusted. ❤
Thank you 🥰
I’ve been using the I-restore since early November and I’m definitely seeing a difference now!!!! It takes awhile though.
I’m so happy for you! This is a great reminder, because it’s been 6 months and you’re seeing a difference- your patience is paying off!
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE finally!! But the shedding the first few months scared the poop out of me! And there’s definitely excessive shedding when starting!
I've also had good results at my temples with my iRestore helmet.
Thank you so much for your 20 percent discount on this led cap! I am looking forward to trying it out! Thanks again, wishing us luck!
I ordered one! This is the best priced red light device I've seen. I'm hopeful it will help reduce my postpartum hair loss this time 🤞
Thank you Penn! I have been using red light for years on my face and occasionally on my hair. It does make a difference! I do like the idea of this cap and the simplicity of it. I will definitely consider it!
I love your natural haircolour😍
Thank you so much for this. I received their email, as I already have their mat, which I love. I was on the fence, and your video sealed the deal. I'm ordering.
That sounds interesting. I have been testing a Helmet and seeing some results but that Hat looks and sounds so much better!
Thanks penny for this. I’m seriously considering this…
Thanks so much for all the research and testing you have done. I am sure many of us want to know the best tools to use for hair growth and keeping the hair we actually have!!! I am really interested in this… thank you!🌸🌸
You are so welcome!
Thanks for the recommendation. Can’t afford the $400+ price tag unfortunately but appreciate the code to help people out.
I saw it on my email. Thank you Love it angel ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I need this! I’ve been considering the hairmax for quite some time, but I like the price point of this
Ordered! Thank you
Hi, I saw you when you filmed with Gabi, I decided to come and check out your content. I decided to try this mask. I am a single woman, post menopausal and have dealt with hair shed. I am thankful that I started using serums, etc early on. I have not tried the LED therapy. I hope it works well. Thank you for your suggestion. I did buy the cap. Thank you again, it’s so hard to trust people on you tube. Thank you for addressing hair loss. Mine is the typical, hereditary, female pattern hair loss.
Hi Mary, happy Saturday
Thank you for being here, I hope you love the hat ❤️
You are AWESOME!! I need this!!!!! Thank you very much for a great video❤❤❤.. you are beautiful!
YOU are awesome! Thank you for being the sweetest cheering friend ever, I appreciate you so much Lynn!
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE.. thank you for the kindest comment EVER!!! (tears)
I have had the iRestore for 3 years and it has not stopped my thinning. I would love to try the cap but money is a lot tighter now than 3 years ago. Also, I am doing vitamins and hair serums as you are. I hate to stop my hair highlights! My hair color is so ugly - not like your pretty light brown. But, I think that is what is lacking in this journey - the stopping of color and harsh bleach! Thank you for such in-depth videos! Always look forward to your deep dives!
I have Hashimoto’s which caused my hair to fall out like crazy. After drinking my green drink for the past six months a few times a week, my hair is so much thicker. It has kale, spirulina and moringa. I can’t think of the name offhand but if you read this let me know and I’ll get the name of it when I get out of bed. The best thing is that it’s super inexpensive.
What are the differences in this device vs the hairmax laserband beside the obvious of a hat vs a band. Thanks 😊
Following 😊
Hairmax is lasers (I own the headband) so they are more columnated and specific. LED is more of a dispersed light, so theoretically more coverage. Lasers have more studies but the experts I trust believe that both light sources are equally effective and LED is so much more affordable that it makes a great choice. I do like that the headband does not trap heat. Clearly it covers less ground and in order to treat more of the scalp you'd have to move the headband back and do multiple treatments. I believe the headband is a little bit more expensive also (lasers tend to be more expensive). :))
Thank you Penny for the code, I just got the helmet, I am experiencing hair loss too.
Hello, very interesting! I actually saw there was this new video while I was researching these other hairgrowth devices! (Helmet vs hair band types.) So the timing is absolutely perfect! Anyway, I am wondering about a couple of things. The first is : how is the light able to penetrate through the hair to reach the scalp? Or does that not really matter? (In the sense that « enough » will get through?) And second, I have a small head… is the fit adjustable? And by the way, really glad you provided information at the end on the difference (or similarity in effectiveness actually) between LED and LLLT. I had been wondering about that throughout the video.
Your hair is so pretty! Do you have a video on how you style your hair?
Wow what a fabulous form factor! That is so awesome. And 20% off is no joke. Wonderful
Honestly all around, if I could share the heartfelt conversations I’ve had with the team behind this….they wanted it to be right, to be attainable and to work. I wish I would have said they offer a 16 WEEK return window (I forgot until after I filmed and had to write it on the screen 😭) because that’s pretty awesome too.
😍
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE really nice I've recommended it to both my brother and my father and I'm gonna pick one up with your code. Can't wait to try it. Thank you for your thoroughness and your work. Very exciting stuff
I have the theradome. I use it every other day. The only thing that has ever stopped my hair falling was pregnancy. I do see more hair along the hairline. Do you know how many lights are in the theradome? Do you think I should scrap it and try this higher dose one? Thanks
I forgot to ask, do I need to use it everyday?
@marychambers7626 yes, every day, 10 minutes (it automatically does 10 minutes).
🙂
Penn, How does this the cap compare to the comb for getting the red light to the scalp?
Hi Penn I’ve been using my Maysama pulse on the top and around my head and yes I do have water base serums do you think the hat is better ?
Not necessarily- If your routine works for you I would keep doing it! The hat is convenient and it gets all around the head but you can do that with your panel too!
Hi Penny, thanks for the video! Do you know if they compared it to Hair Max products?
Secondly, could you ask this Company if shipping to Europe will be available at some point?
Due to geolocation the link doesn't work for some, works only for US Adress (with VPN works great, but the order won't go through...)
Thank you, Penn for another wonderful video! It sounds very promising, but I’m wondering if you are already using minoxidil daily can you still use the cap ? In other words, if I have minoxidil on my scalp can I put the cap over that or does my hair have to be perfectly clean?
Here is a quote from Pubmed (I will link the source too):
*Five RCTs compared LLLT with minoxidil (2% or 5%) to 5% minoxidil treatment or LLLT treatment. One study showed combination therapy of LLLT, and 5% minoxidil improved hair density more than monotherapy. Another found combination LLLT with 2% minoxidil induced hair regrowth equivalent to 5% minoxidil. Similarly, another study described LLLT with 5% minoxidil versus minoxidil monotherapy to increase the number of hairs with no statistical difference between groups. One trial found that combination group increased hair regrowth in the first 2 months. The last study found a statistically significant increase in hair density with combined therapy compared to monotherapy.*

@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE thank you Penn!!
Hi Penn - I lost my hair due to chemo. My last round will be in 2 weeks. Do you recommend this hat for to help me start my regrowth? Thanks so much. I really appreciate all your wonderful videos.
I'm interested in a red light cap and also a red light face mask. Is there a product I can use that could kill two birds with one stone? Do the two areas even require the same diodes?
Penny I cant relate much to hair loss topics and I think your hair looks excellent.
Thank you, a lot of it is extensions 🥲
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE If you invested in it its yours lol
Hi lovely Penny, I hope you’re doing well. Unfortunately for this particular product they don’t seem to ship to the EU. You mentioned you were in contact with them, so would you please ask them when they will ship this cap to the EU? Thanks in advance x
Same here Penny! I live in the UK. Would it be possible to find out when/if they will start shipping in UK/EU and whether your super generous disount would be applied. Thanks so much 😻
I will ask right away!!!
Interesting, I wish it was then, … I had crazy loss of hair, in 2021, after neurological Covid, which took any bit of energy from me, In recovery I wasn’t able to stand for. More than 5 minutes….and hair was disaster.. tried some herb sprays , and Ayurvedic oils, but after I started taking supplement horsetail, my hair recovered 150% I am using, for about. A year now, and my hair grew long, and healthy, like I never had a problem. It’s amazing recovery , considering that at the same time, I went into menopause, so now I am in about 2 years. And I do not take hormone replacement Have a blessed day🙏❤️

May I ask in what dose? 😃
@@turenam2772 sure i take 2-3 capsules(800 Mg each ) per day ❤️
Will this help with alopecia. I am 75 and very thin on top. I’ve tried many many tools and products with very little success. Don’t mind spending the money but with the alopecia will it help. Not expecting a full head just some new growth in the front. Let me know your thoughts please!
I have alopecia as well. I purchased the Irestore helmet last year, and it has not helped at all. It says to give it a year, so I have done that and am discouraged. The helmet is not cheap, so I’m afraid to try something else and not get results, as well as spending more money on something else and not having it work. I’m interested as well if this helps with alopecia… thank you for your help!
I have a laser helmet myself, from a different
Brand. I've seen a change, my new hair is coming in my natural color not Grey. Which is okay!
Mine as well.
Thank youu❤Penn👏🏼🥰
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for being here!
Ordered I have the irestore and have been using it for over 2 years…..I have seen some improvement, but I’m not sure if it’s the serums, minoxidil and other things. Plus, I don’t love wearing it 25 minutes at least 3 times a week. I liked the look of their new product, with less time, but can’t justify the expense.
Laser cap definitely worked for me after 1 year of consistent use , those caps are expensive but worth it. Laser diodes are different to LED
I have the iRestore red light device and I don't mind that it's ugly ... LOL I use it very late at night and no one is likely to come calling when I have it on. And it doesn't emit any heat on my head. My stylist says I have all kinds of "baby" hair so I'm pretty happy with it. The problem with the baby hair is that all of them don't grow up to be big-girl hair. I have also purchased the Dr. Pen to start microneedling my scalp as soon as I find a protocol for that. If you have a protocol or know of a good one out there, please point me in that direction.
I think I found everything I need to know on the Dr. Pen website! Yay, I can start now
This sounds like something I have been looking for. Every time I brush my hair, my brush is so full of hair lost. I've gone gray to stop stressing my hair however it hasn't seemed to help. I don't use a ton of products however I wondered what hair serum you use on your hair? Also I notice there is no warranty mentioned, this concerns me a bit. Blessings to you from Texas
Hi there- I’ll double check on warranty. I’m sure there is one, I just don’t cover it ❤️
They do have a 16 week return window (just FYI).
I’m using revitalash foam alternating with Grande Hair serum at night ☺️
I try really hard to take care of my hair. I take Nutrofol which really helps with shedding. I try to highlight every 6 months and air dry too. I haven’t found a miracle cure for hair. I am on bottle 2 for plated hair scalp serum not sure my thoughts yet. I haven’t found a scalp serum like plated that absorbs super fast and doesn’t grease up my hair. This does sound intriguing maybe wait for holiday specials this year.
Hi Penny. Thank you so much for letting us know about this device. I know you said in the comments that we could use a Hair Max laser headband (655 nm) three times a week and use the new HIgher Dose hat (650 nm) on the other four days per week. But wouldn't this be overkill? I own a Hair Max, and would like to know.
That was in response to a specific question and it was more saying that I would not double up on those two any one day. I don't think it's overkill but I would not do any more than that.
That said, I do not think anyone needs this cap if they have the headband :))
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE Thank you!
Wow what a clever idea! Is the cap suitable for men as well? Wondering if I can share it with my husband who is also suffering from male hair loss and getting a bit of a bald patch at the back of his head. 🤔
Definitely would work for men as well!
Can you please review Divi Scalp Serum and Vegamour Hair serum?
I use an LED panel for my hair too and it’s got NIR, NIR does warm the skin but not hot, should I be concerned about near infrared please?
I am more concerned with trapped heat on the scalp with a helmet or hat :) I think you're good! Just watch for excessive heat!
Thanks for sharing this! Wondering where you add the code in the order form. I’m not seeing how?
You add it during the check out phase.
I used Nutrafol for 2 years, didn't see any change. Anybody have good luck with hair supplements?
Off topic but any recommendations for older atrophic acne scarring? Not a candidate for more invasive procedures. Using retinoid but still prone to acne. Looking into RescueMD, Defenage 8-In-1 serum, and Alastin Restorative Complex.
So first- just in case - I would be careful lasers. It sounds like you will but sometimes lasers can actually make atrophic scars worse.
Are you able to go in office at all? If yes, consider a practitioner who specialized in subcision. This releases the tether that is pulling the scar down (if it’s acne scarring). Then you can do resurfacing treatments like microneedoing or chemical peels.
TCA is a great option.
RescueMD is excellent with lapacol. The Alastin didn’t do much for people I saw use it…the Defenage is excellent but if I had to choose between that and the rescueMD, I would choose rescueMD.
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE I could go in office and get a consultation but I’m very prone to scarring and hyperpigmentation. Almost any injury I get leaves some kind of scar behind so super hesitant to do any procedures including microneedling.
I have had thin hair for all my life and an 61 years young today. Shedding hair seems to be getting more and more and your video today makes me think to buy The Hat (what a genius idea they had). The link in the description leads me to an error 404 page ... Perhaps I am not located in the US 🤔

Sorry if I missed this, but
1. Do they recommend you use it daily?
2. Can you use it on damp hair?
3. Is there first a major shedding phase before improvement?
4. How does this stand compared to irestore I believe that one has lasers too?
5. Must this be used on clean hair? I have to use products to cosmetically cover up the thinning and while I love to wash my hair, the whole process just takes way too long to have to cover up problem areas again so I don’t wash my hair daily.
Thank you so much for sharing this and clearly you understand how devastating it can be.
I’m trying everything to get my ferritin levels up. I’m not anemic, but my ferritin levels are always low and supposedly it needs to be above 100 to actually regrow hair. I’m not giving up hope. Thanks again.
I am using it every day.
You should use it on dry hair-but it doesn’t have to be clean. That said, if the product is opaque it might inhibit the process.
There CAN be a shed in the beginning. That doesn’t happen to everyone, but is possible.
This is LEDS I restore is Lasers. Lasers are columnated and LED scatters light (theoretically given more coverage). Both are good options although heat is something to consider with I restore in my opinion. Also IRestore is more expensive.
Hope this helps ❤️
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE thank you for your reply. I was hoping I could use it on damp hair before I put “makeup” on my head and before blow drying .
I’m still considering it
How does it compare to restore,?
How often and how long do you need to do a treatment? Thanks!
I do it every day, it’s 10 minutes ❤️
I have scalp folliculitis as well as menopausal hair loss and any of the usual hair loss treatments aggravate the folliculitis. Is there any evidence for the use of LEDs or red light for scalp folliculitis?
Researching now!!
Thank you!
i use a red and near infared surround mat for my face 20 min a day and i thought it would help thicken the hair near my face, now im concerned its too much. At how many minutes of exposure does it produce deletious effects? thanks!
What is a surround mat and what brand is it?
I do not think you are anywhere near having a counter effect! At some point it may be diminishing returns (so at worst wasting your time) but it's a while before you get to it going against you :)
It is frustrating that shipping is not available to New Zealand.
Hi, I've read research that says LEDS Do not penetrate deep enough into the scalp. To actually get to the hair follicle, as opposed to laser therapy. Have you heard anything about this?
I haven’t, but I haven’t read everything that’s out there 🙂
Where did you read it, I’ll check it out!
Will your discount code still be good in June? I am dying to try this!! 😍My finances are too tight this month and free up next month!

Is it possible to get the same effect/results from using a panel like the Hooga?
I’m sure you could make that work! A long time ago I would put my panel on the floor and lie down in front of it to get the top of my head 😁
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE great and thank you! 😀

Does this work for alopecia?
Yes but it's important to know the root cause and also if the scalp is shiny it's likely not going to re-grow hair. Have you talked with someone about your alopecia?
Isn’t low light laser therapy the more recommended option for male pattern hair loss?
Well LLLT covers both laser and LED. Lasers do have more studies - yes. But consensus is that LEDs are a very good option especially considering the massive difference in price.
There are many great laser options out there though, so the good news is you can choose what fits your budget ❤️
Almost every time I watch a video of yours I purchase SOMETHING! This has to stop 🤣🤣
I was just telling myself this as I scrolled Instagram! I’m like, “ok Penn. No more watching Instagram!!! This has to stop!!” lol
Sorry 🫣❤️
Hi Penn, I was wondering if you think the Hairmax head band is just as effective as this new hat? I think I paid $700 for the band. Please give me your thoughts . I appreciate you so much! Janet
I would say it is as effective just doesn't cover your entire head, with the hat you are able to treat a bigger area.
The link to pre-order doesn’t work.
I have been seeing this in the comments but I just checked its and it worked for me. go.shopmy.us/p-4978308 shipping begins on June 1st!!!

Sorry it’s still not working Penny 😢
Is this Melasma safe? My skin is sensitive to light and heat.
It shouldn’t effect melasma- there’s no light on the face and it doesn’t produce heat ❤️
Hello, I've been using the irestore with good hair results and I have melasma all over my face for 5 years. The iRestore hasn't made my melasma any worse, but I was super nervous about it at first, but I think you should be okay. 🙂
Man I wish I had that money cause my hairs longest it’s ever been and I’m trying so hard to get it healthy ! But I’m super stressed n it’s thinning a lot
Are you using any other products to help with the thinning? I would recommend a hair serum as a great affordable option. This blog is a good resource www.pennsmithskincare.com/post/reverse-hair-loss-with-hair-serums-that-work
Do they recommend a 10-minute session every day?
Yes.
Is it red and near infra-red?
No just red at 650nm ❤️
The link to the site isn’t working (code 404) anyone find the scalp cap on the site as I couldn’t see it… thanks x
Same for me.
I just checked it and it seems to be working now, must have been a glitch. go.shopmy.us/p-4978308 shipping begins on June 1st!!!

What about breakage? Is this supposed help with that?
It helps with breakage in the future by encouraging a stronger hair to grow. But it won’t do anything about the breakage already happening ❤️
I wish you had put this on in the video .
I have a very small head and wonder if it will be way too big .
If you want to go to Instagram I’ll share a pic with it on.
Well it’s adjustable- but I would say it’s medium sized or bigger
Would size of it really matter though? Is your concern whether the LED's need to be directly against the head to be effective?
I would like to know this as well . . .
@@trinablum7102 yes… not necessary right against the skin ,but how much space would be acceptable between the lights and your head ? I have the same question with masks because I have the same problem . I just bought Dr Rajani’s mask on Pennys suggestion and it does fit me better then the Omnilux , but of course not every bulb can touch the skin . There are gaps here or there.
Did you notice any hair loss since having your face lift? Wondering about recession near scars?
I didn’t notice that at all.🙂
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE thank you!
Are there lights on the forehead part of the cap as I have melasma?
I went on the site and it’s been removed?! I was ready to jump in and they don’t have them on their site?
It’s there. I just checked.
Did you click through the link in the description box?
This is a pre-launch, so maybe you searched and couldn’t see it.
From what I have read online it is laser and not led that are most effective for hair loss. Is there new evidence? From what I could see it was recommended laser diodes not led and 272 of them
The link doesn’t work
Thats weird, must have been a glitch. I just tried it and its working for me go.shopmy.us/p-4978308 Code PENNHD 😊
Link no longer working :(. Is hair loss part of perimenopause? I recently experienced a lot of breakage and lost maybe 1/4-1/3 of my volume which was heartbreaking as my hair grows very slowly. Something like this that would actually make a difference would be a god-send.
Must have been a glitch on the link, I just checked it and it is working fine 😊 go.shopmy.us/p-4978308 shipping begins on June 1st!!!

@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE hi, no it still doesn’t - comes up as 404 page not found. Wonder if this is because I am in the UK?
@ArcturusAndromeda I am not sure but I’ll send a message to HD!
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE thank you xx😊🙏
Your bone structure is looking extra gorgeous and chiseled. What have you been doing? 👀
She said she’s lost weight
I noticed that too!
Thank you!
Yes, I have lost weight. I gave up sugar and started majorly focusing on weight training, protein and fiber. It's been about 3 months and I think my efforts are starting to show :))
I also had Agnes RF in October and January along the jaw and jowl area and that may be showing some results now too (but the weight loss is likely the thing:)))
😫😫😫They don’t ship to South Africa 😢
I'm sorry! I have reached out to find out if they will offer international shipping in the future and I will update the description box if I get any new info!

No option to ship to Australia 😭
Oh that sucks. I looked and couldn't find any info on whether they ship internationally to here on their website so have emailed them. I'm guessing though that you tried to purchase and it didn't have international as an option so I guess that answers that question. It annoys me that there's so much stuff (beauty & devices) that we can't get.
@@trinablum7102 They ship internationally just not to Australia for some reason. I always have to get their stuff from the UK but the cap is not available there.
@@patkat8467 bummer about the cap but do you mean they have a UK website and that's where you order from?
What other things do you do for hair loss?
I am using a hair growth foam and serum, I have updates in this video ruclips.net/video/A5x6J_TFHNc/видео.htmlsi=UmpDoWOZ3JWThuym 😊
