Give it a try I will guarantee that your entire family will love it! Made with our French Foreign Exchange student daughter that has taught us some amazing French recipes. Enjoy

Thank you so much for starting your channel again. I saw your channel before but never got the name so now I have it and will be using it often. The Quiche you are making reminds me of Pizza only with the different ingredients. I didn’t get what you were saying about tomatoes though.
I feel bad that I don’t ever get on live as I don’t have a computer and my iPad only works so often and I haven’t figured out how to post on the TV but I watch The Farm on Route 66 Faithfully. Now I can watch yours as well. I live in Idaho about 30 miles from Logan Utah. My husband was raised on a farm and then stayed to work after HS. He has had horses all his life. He became a trainer and put horse shoes on horses. I was not raised on a farm as you can probably tell as I don’t know what a horseshoe person is. Anyway we are old and cannot ride anymore, I could but my horse passed away and the horses we have left I won’t get on. I miss riding as does my husband but unless his back gets better he probably will not ride again. Watching you cook and then seeing what is going on the farm is great. I love watching Maureen ride and jump. I am going to miss seeing her. Sorry this is so long but this is something good. We share the same religion and I love hearing about Blake. I also like Blue Mickey. Thank you for coming back on I look forward to cooking with you.

That looks so good! I use more eggs and sauté onions, peppers and celery… but I use about a dozen eggs. It’s best served after it cools a little.

I love quiche, when I worked in a french bakery I made a lot of them. My favorite whas my grandpa one, whith tuna and leek instead of ham and puff pastry

Hi! My husband Perry has made Marine’s quiche twice already. We used frozen pastry crusts. We just added a little extra: a pinch of nutmeg. ❤we added the tomatoes!

In the past I have made Julia Child’s version but now that I am handicapped Perry has taken over most of the .cooking and simpler is better these days. I make croissants and petits pain au chocolat when my grandson coves over. He loves those! I have a very special blender called Thermomix and Andrew helps me bake goodies
