Tajin that has chili and lime taste would aslo be great in it Glad you showed the carnita meat I have been wondering about it. I usually just go buy it fresh at a local Mexican store but it is nice to know for when we away from home
Just an FYI….. if you use the dull side of your knife to scrape, your knife will stay sharper longer. I love your videos, your values, your farm, your lifestyle, and your family. I just found your channel….. such a blessing for me! Hugs from Georgia!
We have good friends that taught us about street corn! Her hubby served in Texas. Thanks for the recipe. I will be trying it! I LOVE cotija cheese! I lived in South Texas and was surrounded by Spanish speakers daily. I tried learning, even taking a entry level Spanish class in college. Yeah, they couldn't understand my German accent in Spanish. 😂 The old adage that learning one foreign language helps you learn another isn't true for me. Lol!
Growing your own cilantro is so easy, I grow it in a pot. And I also let it go to seed at the end of the growing season and let the seed dry on the plants. Then put the seed on top of the dirt in the pot. Then in then in spring I put a light layer of dirt on the seed and let it grow. Of course I live in NW Minnesota, so the seed stays frozen all winter.

Chipper makes it so easy to move all the horses - just grab the lead mare and everyone else follows along!

Maybe you could put some dry or fresh parsley in it. I think dried cilantro is a good storage item. I forget to buy cilantro too. ❤

I missed the rawhide home coming, why is he home early?
We just had an opportunity to get him back on the farm and we took it! It will save us a trip when Blake gets home
You might want to grow your own cilantro if you have a farm !!
