Hey Matt 😉 A bowl can be turned upside down and inserted in a bigger bowl and the kernels can be cut. Just cut one of the ends to flatten the corn. Street corn is the 💣!! Just have plenty of moist wiping towels around because it can be messy. If you think you’re cute…don’t eat it. New outfit for the cookout or whatever…eat standing up 😁. The dip was dipping 😋 I’d pour that over some tortilla chips and have at it. 😂I crack up every time you say…BEEF up the flavor with CHICKEN bouillon powder…
Damn bruh, been looking for a good street corn recipe for a minute. As soon as I saw you put your name on it I knew it would be 🔥. Made tonight, damn good!
In Houston, Elote is a thing. it's who makes the best out here. Skewers in the whole corn, would make it easier to roll in the sauce and cheese, but it look good, real good.
If you know how to cook in cast iron you can even use canned yellow sweet corn. I’ve done it both ways for 20 years and people still beg for the recipe. A good chef needs to be able to use alternate ingredients when the situation arises
@@drdrew3 Thats cool, I totally understand. Just don’t call it Mexican Street Corn, because it’s not, to my Italians it would be like eating spaghetti with kétchup sauce, the taste will be ruined no matter how good you prep it and how good the meatballs are, I wouldn’t call that spaghetti.
Looks delicious! I enjoyed seeing the homies included for the taste test at the end 😊
Everything looks delicious. Thanks for sharing now I know how to make this recipe

Yum send me some😂
Just made the dip to go along with some chicken fajitas. Very good and not hard to make at all.
Wow! Delish. A Keeper! 🔥
Spanish without barriers: you spell it cotija but pronounce it co-ti-ha...
All jokes aside... I'm making this dip... amazing.
Ooh yummmm 😋😋😋😋🌽🌽
I just made the dip version, that shit was 🔥🤌🏾🔥🤌🏾!
Thank you for another GREAT recipe🤗
Just made the dip lets see how my co workers like it
I will be making the corn on the Cobb 4.25 for 1 Street corn nahhh thank you for showing it will be simple to make
Geeshhhh 😱🙌🏾
Have more footage of the other guys at the end trying it out and bloopers, bravo sir.
What is the burner you used to saute the veggies?
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
No wonder your crew are such healthy specimens feeding them the way you do,where can I apply ?
Both look delicious, but is that a new MMH pot/skillet I see? Hmmm....
Looks delicious. Can you make elote without mayo? Is there a mayo substitute that would work?
You could probably use plain yogurt or sour cream, or Mexican crema
Possibly Ranch dressing 😊
I think the sweet corn makes it better
Who else cried when they heard MSG😂
So what type of tortillas do I use flour or corn. 🤔
I don't know why, but this question is hilarious! 😂🤣🤣🤣
@@yumyum215 what he is so funny I don't know should I use corn. Or should I use flour tortillas to make the chips. You think that is hilarious. 😏😔
Corn
Corn tortillas
I ordered your AP seasonings which are really good but somehow they sent a second order to me which I did not order.
I went to purchase pan. There is no sale on it?
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
🔥🔥🔥🔥😋😋😋😋😋
Its hard to follow if you are not used to these seasonings. You should show the bottles up close
That better not be sweet corn, lol it better be Mexican corn. The flavor is night and day if you use the wrong corn.
White corn!!
All colors of corn are equally sweet. The color of corn is an indication of its carotene content, not its sugar content.
@marioarellano1239….you are so right! The sweet corn is a no go!

Pause🤭😂
Damn, it is sweet corn, just looking at the color you can tell 🤦♂️ he just ruined it before it even started
CoHEta cheese 🤦🏻♀️
I like it better with Parmesan cheese
Where was the cream cheese? I saw mayo and crema.
