The thing was that his dad USED to play magic, and when he died, this guy inherited the collection. He had no clue about the value of that box, and i asked if i could go through it with him. Lets just say he reacted preety much the same as the NR 6 one.

I switched to Denver lens from TCG player. I find delver is a lot better at not double scanning though you miss out on the sweet noises from tcgplayer lol

If anyone is upset by that, they need to stop playing cEDH. Mental Misstep isn't played in Casual EDH and if ur getting cranky over a counterspell turn 0 in competitive format, that aint the format for u.

Years later getting back into magic and learning about format staples, I’m looking at the art on Force of Will, and I’m thinking, yeah that art is definitely ringing a bell. I definitely and tragically threw out at least 1 force of Will. Knowing my experience level then, I’m pretty sure I looked at it and said, what good is a five-mana counterspell?”
Because Force of Will is technically a free counterspell (as long as you exile a blue card from your hand and pay 1 life). I don’t think anyone ever paid the actual casting cost.

Me, I put my favorite cards from any set/expansion into 1 binder at random and giving people at my lgs ocd. It's now as thick as a phone book.
For the scanner I recommend Card Delver, a friend recommended it to me and it's the absolute best card scanner I have seen. Android only though
