Danoby, thank you for showing the negatives. I cancelled my DeLorean because I'd prefer the BTTF2 version. After doing so, I've somewhat regretted the choice but again... Since you showed the negatives (which woulda all bothered me as well) I don't feel as bad. Here's to the future! Cheers
Great review, mine is on its way. I'm sure down the road someone will make mode parts for this beast. I already seen some one making real licence plates for the Delorean. . I mean how hard can it be to make the lightening rod...lol.
Some day will be getting our 1/6 scale soon and to correct you on the art were you said guard rails there called flux bands bud :) and that delorean is huge huge. Its a awesome collector to have glad you got one I will subscribe to your channel

Awesome review. I have one as well and it is amazing. i don't recall hearing any sounds when I rolled mines. I may have to take it out of the display cabinet to see lol.😊 thx for sharing.
I just got mine yesterday. You probably didn't break that connection point. Mine separated on that very same side. I noticed a few other people also had the same problem. It may actually be a quality control problem on Hot Toys' end.
I would definitely use the Hot Toys 1/6 scale DeLorean Time Machine as a reference model and the DeLorean Time Machine Owner's Workshop Manual to build a replica of the time machine out of a real DeLorean down to the last detail.

The only thing that makes me think that we will get a version 2, is that they can easily mod the car and give us the 2015 plate sticker. It will cost me £600. The mr fusion flying delorean is from the first film not the second everyone including hot toys makes this mistake in fact they never had planned any more films when the first was made!
Eaglemoss have brought out a 1:8th scale model it looks amazing you'll get to build it from the bottom up I'm not building it but I'm building R2D2 instead
Does anyone know of anyone who is selling a mr fusion part that will fit the hot toys 1/6 scale delorean? I have the car already and Marty and have preordered the BTTF II 2015 Marty and Doc and the delorean looks the same except for the Mr Fusion
Did you order some GoodYear tire decals for that thing? A lot of the dashboard wires are missing. Should've built one from Eaglemoss! I have thoroughly enjoyed building mine!
The silver color of the metal body (I wonder if it is metal or paint?) is way better than the bronze looking, spotty Eaglemoss surface. But the all black cables on the outside, no prints on the tires, no blue lights on the flux bands, a cheap sticker instead of a number plate and no lights on the time circuits display do not make me happy. So the best would be a Eagelmoss with parts from this Hot Toys (soft looking seats, silver metal body, tiny red lights at the sides, better flux capcitor and christmas tree, flux bands and doors inside without screws visible).
I would like to invest into a hot toys car but the price kills. This does look awesome but the price man. I'll just stick with marty and a hot wheels version
