I was concerned when they showed the box art since it shows the wheels still dangling far too low and was quite relieved when they showed the corrected function at the end of the video.
The Delorean from Back to the Future 2 is the best time machine ever done in the history offender and I am glad to say that I have picked this beautiful piece up on pre-order making one more payment and already getting my hands on Marty McFly and dark brown

Looks like the way Mr. Fusion attaches will allow original reactor core aftermarket parts to snap in. Should be easy enough to mod this to look like the Delorean from part 1 or part 2.
I love the product ! even better than the first one with all those lights upgrades I pre order one because I fell I must have it and don't miss this oportunity. But I just can't understand why hot toys remain silent after all these issues with broken plastic on the wheels, just yesterday another review came alone here on youtube with stress lines and broken wheels. I guess, we the buyers, deserve a pronunciation from hot toys talking about this issues saying at least they are aware and working on fixing the problem , because this isn't a $250, $300 product, it is an exepnsive item. Again I am waiting for my delorean, sideshows told me it got delayed I understood that but I am hoping I don't have to return it for a replacement. Ooof, this looks incredible. Very tempting to get it, and if I was still stateside I might in fact order away, but I think I might roll the dice and wait for the Back to the Future Part 3 edition. That's my favorite if I could only choose one. But this looks really beautiful.
Ordered the second it went live on sideshow and have it completely paid off. Now, all I have to do is use it to go back to when the Back to the Future II figures were released and tell myself Hot Toys will eventually release a part two delorean to go with them.
I'm surprised Hot toys hasn't released 1/6 Scale Vehicles Star fighters A-wing, Jedi Star fighter, Tie fighter, Tie fighter X1, Vader Tie definitely doable to Create smaller, well made design. Easier to Create release if HT can be bothered to release.

They say that the light on the roof on the inside is called "the christmas tree"... that's wrong!!! The christmas tree are the lights behind the driver seat!!!
Apart from the obvious differences between this and the part 1 car, ie Mr Fusion, hover mode etc, are there any improvements over the first car? I don't think the dash lit up on the first car.
Have 2 of these pre-ordered. Going to actually try to hold out on watching any of these videos. It'll be fun to experience it for the first time without knowing every little detail. I will say though, I'm disappointed they still went with the hyper white, almost blueish LED for the vehicle lighting. The headlights, taillights, Flux capacitor all use incandescent bulbs with a warmer yellowed tone on the actual vehicles. The white LEDs are very out of place looking. Particularly disappointing because they use warm LEDs in other areas of the model!
I really want this but shipping, taxes, and VAT will be super expensive to Japan. However, if I ever see this at a collectible store in Tokyo, you bet I will pick it up!
As a fan of the movies this collectable has so many issues that no one ever gets right, small details and large details too like the wires are the wrong color and the bands are entirely missing the tubes behind them. just to name a few. The price you pay for something like this should mean the utmost detail. it's still better than most out there
The only thing I hated in The trilogy was destroying the car, they should have had Doc remove the flux capacitor, and let Marty keep the car. Regardless this looks awesome, worth every penny, congrats to everyone that gets one!

Can’t wait to get it! 🤩 Something I would REALLY like to know is: does the light switch under the hood remember/hold its last setting, when powering it via USB/DC and turning it on and off remotely with (for example) a Philips Hue Smartplug? I think it did on the first version of the Hot Toys DeLorean. But the switch on this new version has an extra toggle/setting for the newly added hovermode lights, so maybe it works differently. I surely hope it holds the last setting, so it can easily be turned on in the desired setting remotely, while it is being displayed under an acrylic dust cover. Does anyone know the answer? 🤔

As a lover of HT and owner of some of the more expensive items I must say this is a beautiful peice. But honestly 800 is twice what I feel it's worth. The basic lighting. No blue glow lighting along the time frame peices. It's gorgeous but to me not 800 dollars gorgeous. Just my thoughts I could be wrong.

I have the original and well this i have ordered too BUT this is the one from BTTF 1 it is not bttf 2 it was at the last mins of the first film i flew and every thing maybe you should watch both movies when they made bttf 1 they NEVER intended to make sequels so this is the car from 1 and 2 2 has no difference only when the movie was a hit did they decide to make 2 more movies yes this is all true look into for your self
