I love that you both can see the humor in Richard Dreyfuss' facial expressions because I don't believe I've ever heard another reactor pointing that out and I personally loved that about the movie. I actually saw this way back in '91 in the theatre and seen it a ton of other times since. My favorite comedy by both actors.
Absolutely LOVE that you’re reacting to this! One of my favorite movies , so many lines that are hilarious 😂 I can’t wait to watch you both laugh so hard and enjoy this gem of a movie. ❤❤❤❤❤

Really, y’all just gonna casually drop one of my favorite movies from when I was growing up? Love this movie. I have a long list for y’all to go through. I didn’t get a film degree for no reason, well, shit, I might have.😜🍻
In my opinion, Richard Dreyfuss is one of the greatest actors of the 20th century. His performances in 'American Graffiti,' 'Jaws,' 'Close Encounters,' and 'The Goodbye Girl'-for which he won an Oscar-are all well worth watching. His reported discord with Bill Murray likely served the film well, considering the plot.
Yeah, Dreyfuss is pretty amazing indeed. I added your suggestions to our list. Btw, I met Candy Clark who played Debbie in "American Graffiti" in acting class many years ago. Never saw the movie though. Thanks for sharing! (:

Aw, what a nice comment. Thank you so much, Marlaina!! I'll pass on the compliment to Mrs. Boss! Much love to you and your hubby! You made our day! ((:
Thank you so much for this. I laughed till the tears fell. It's just a wonderful feel-good funny movie. Dreyfus is one of my very favourite actors. But i gotta say it's Mrs Boss that stole the show. She laughed and laughed almost from the first minute. Once again, an enjoyable evening spent at the movies with my favourite YT reactors.
I highly suggest another Richard Dreyfuss movie called "The Goodbye Girl" (1977). It's a great romantic comedy and Dreyfuss won an Academy Award for Best Actor.
Oddly, the script to this is a rewrite of 1962's Cape Fear which is a terrifying thriller. (Coincidentally the Scorsese remake of CF came out at the same time as Bob.)
I believe anyone who chooses to dawn the uniform of the military from whatever country they may hail from deserves recognition for their sacrifice, thank you for your service 🙏 much love from a Tennessee country boy.
Who donned and served, can't forget about stolen honor, the people pretending to serve for recognition and or monetary gain etc... so yeah anyone who served deserves recognition.
Mrs Boss, You said you have a fear of elevators. Elevators are very safe these days, BUT one thing to keep in mind is they do get stuck/break down a lot more than people think. I was a Maintenance Engineer for several tall/large hotels and office buildings. There is one thing I always look at before getting on. How many people are on and if I don't see enough room for me to sit down comfortably I will wait for the next elevator. The last thing you want is to be stuck on a jam packed elevator for hours with no room to move. I have seen it take 5 minutes to get the elevator working but I also have seen it take 5 hours.
Frank Oz directed this. He got his start with the Muppets. He's arguably best known for being the voices of both Miss Piggy and Yoda. (He's an excellent director too.)

I laughed through the whole movie. Like Jim Carrey, Eddie Murphy, Dan Aykroyd, & Chevy Chase, Bill Murray and more, also developed through late night show SNL, before hitting it big.

And if you like or liked it, then also check out the original The Out Of Towners also with Jack Lemmon. Against don’t do the remake with Steve Martin I believe. Two classics.
Excellent reaction, guys, you have such amazing chemistry! - Some folks take this film too seriously, but some also don't take it seriously enough, and I believe there's a perfect balance inbetween where one can appreciate the jokes and the drama to the fullest, and few seem to nail it, but you guys do. I don't feel like you missed anything in this one. Great vid! :D
If you are looking for another hilarious movie that's also a little unconventional, I would try The Money Pit, staring Tom Hanks. Its also laugh out loud funny.
Lol I have tourettes, there's much more to it then calling names and cussing. Funny things, but theres also more serious and dangerous things too. One man used to hit his head so hard and often he actually beat himself to death. I almost broke my neck when I was younger twice.
I still think this is one of the funniest movies ever made 😂 but one thing I read on was on set Bill Murray got under Richard Dreyfuss' skin so bad that all his anger expressed in the acting was authentic which made magic happen in this one
Yeah, it IS a super funny movie. And yes, I'm talking a bit about Bill & Richard not getting along in my "Afterthoughts" video. Thanks for watching! (:
the movie is different for me now that ive heard an interview with richard dreyfuss about it. he said something like "bill murray was terrible to me between takes, saying horrible rotten things to me every chance he got. i wondered, is he doing this on purpose to make my performance better? maybe he thinks if i despise him that will come through in the film? but he never apologized, never explained himself, we never spoke again, and as far as im aware, bill murray and i really hate each other". so what was a fine comedy has turned into a bit of a tragedy from my viewing perspective , knowing that one of the stars of the movie was being bullied by the other.
Thanks for watching! Yeah, I've read about that as well and I mention it in my "Afterthoughts" video: ruclips.net/video/nkcEARXD9_w/видео.htmlsi=3tyW9sAQkCNUEtre

Great vid! :D
Aw, that's great to hear. Thank you so much for watching and thanks for your kind words! (:
If you are looking for another hilarious movie that's also a little unconventional, I would try The Money Pit, staring Tom Hanks. Its also laugh out loud funny.
Great, thanks. I put it on our list! (:
Hi Mike & Jessica you both should also react to Click (2006)
Hi Roy, yes, I think "click" is on our list. I'll double-check! (:
I think you two would really enjoy the movie "The Man from Earth".
Thanks, I put it on our list!
Wonderful reaction- note that the director of this movie is none other than the great Frank Oz, also known as the voice of Miss Piggy.
Oh, I didn't know he was the voice of Miss Piggy. Thanks for sharing! (:
Lol I have tourettes, there's much more to it then calling names and cussing. Funny things, but theres also more serious and dangerous things too. One man used to hit his head so hard and often he actually beat himself to death. I almost broke my neck when I was younger twice.
That sounds pretty serious indeed! 0-:
I still think this is one of the funniest movies ever made 😂 but one thing I read on was on set Bill Murray got under Richard Dreyfuss' skin so bad that all his anger expressed in the acting was authentic which made magic happen in this one
Yeah, it IS a super funny movie. And yes, I'm talking a bit about Bill & Richard not getting along in my "Afterthoughts" video. Thanks for watching! (:
Richard and Bill really didn't get along while filming, Richards irritation is real
Yeah, I talk a little about that in my "Afterthoughts" video. Thanks! (ruclips.net/video/nkcEARXD9_w/видео.htmlsi=MQ6HJS3fNpeIj5c6)
Yes, very funny but if this actually hapened in real life, he would be arrested as a stalker and deservedly so. .
Haha, yes, you're probably right, but it definitely makes for a funny movie! Thanks for watching! (:
The daughter plays in the tv show called law and order criminal intent Catherine erb
Ah, thanks for sharing! (:
the movie is different for me now that ive heard an interview with richard dreyfuss about it. he said something like "bill murray was terrible to me between takes, saying horrible rotten things to me every chance he got. i wondered, is he doing this on purpose to make my performance better? maybe he thinks if i despise him that will come through in the film? but he never apologized, never explained himself, we never spoke again, and as far as im aware, bill murray and i really hate each other". so what was a fine comedy has turned into a bit of a tragedy from my viewing perspective , knowing that one of the stars of the movie was being bullied by the other.
Thanks for watching! Yeah, I've read about that as well and I mention it in my "Afterthoughts" video: ruclips.net/video/nkcEARXD9_w/видео.htmlsi=3tyW9sAQkCNUEtre

Oh, yeah, watch my "Afterthoughts" video: ruclips.net/video/nkcEARXD9_w/видео.htmlsi=KqtcgmxZRh3tBMf4

I added it. Thanks! (:
Love your reactions !!!
Thank you!! ((:
Hey, I'm the one who recommended this! (... I'm special!)
Another old comedy with a cult following is Captain Ron. And the "Bean" movie is good too, if y'all haven't seen it! (Maybe you know of "Mr. Bean"?)
Idk, I'm nervous. But thanks for watching this!
(Another with Bill Murray is "The Man Who Knew Too Little")
and for a more serious movie, y'all should watch Apocalypto (if you haven't seen it!)
Well, that's great, I guess you ARE special! (: "The Man Who..." is already on our list, but I added the others. Yes, I know of Mr. Bean but I'm unfamiliar with his movies. Thanks! (:
On the list, thanks! (:
Check out "Larger Than Life"
Thanks, I put it on the list! wwg1wga. (:

When you re-watch this movie, you realize that when Dr. Marvin leaves himself notes on his recorder he nails Bob's diagnosis and exactly what he needs is exactly what he gets from Marvin.
Yes, I did realize it... Great stuff! Thanks for watching! (:
