I think I figured out why I like your channel so much. Yes, you have excellent content and much usable information. It’s your presentation-it’s as if you’re talking to me as a friend that’s standing next to you. You’re not talking down to me or at me. Please keep up the great work!
Sounds like it's a solid brand and I love the fact it has a matte/OEM finish. I also like the company is trying to make safe products that are effective. I love a great, fresh smell to my products for the user experience. The bottles do look good. Similar to Pan's CLEAN line. I might give these a try. I do agree with you that the scents in the leather line up should MATCH, not have different scents, that doesn't make sense to me. Make it a leather scent on everything in the leather line. Make it a FRESH scent on the interior cleaner line. Make the scent to it sticks around for a week or so so your cabin smells fresh and clean, but not FAKE. I hate fake scents. I don't want cherry scent sprayed into my carpet, or black ice, or whatever other crap that people spray into their carpets, upholstery, and cabins. I like a fresh, clean scent personally and I want my cabin to smell fresh and clean, not something you immediately know is a fake scent. When someone gets into my car, I want them to say "Oh wow, this car smells great".
Great Video Jeff!! REALLY looking forward to you going through the entire lineup. Hoping we get to see if something just works as good as some of our “go to” products and why not use something that’s safer!! I have a feeling there’s going to be a few of these products that stay on your shelf!! Off to a great start!
Great video as always Jeff. As im currently unfamiliar with the brand and havent had a chance to research them. Any Ideas on what the PH numbers on the interior/leather products are? Leather is best with a neutral based cleaner/product. Like the Giest, Ledermax, or Leather repair company use. I personally am from the camp that doesn't recommend using a brush on leather. I try to stick to leather sponges when cleaning leather (no scrubbers or abrasive microfibers either.) I tend to treat leather like the way paint on a vehicle is treated. it has a base and a clear over the surface of the leather. I have experience with the Giest and hoping that THOR is able to bring in Ledermax.
thanks for the comment. i have geist and colourlock in house as well. I dont know the Ph of the cleantle products and its not advertised, but i did a few searches and it seems to be around 8 from the results ive found.
@@ConwayLStevens im not ready to answer that. Geist and Cleantle are both safe products but i havent spent a ton of time with them. right now my mercedes has a passenger seat done with colourlock, the drivers seat with geist, the rear seat half and half with cleantle.. i need to see how they hold up, i feel they are all experts on leather care and could all be trusted. Ram went from colourlock to geist so its not surprising those lines are similar in approach. One thing i will say is that the colourlock shoe cleaning products are absolutely INSANE.
@@ConwayLStevens i would probably lean towards geist for leather and cleantle for interior, time will tell. Colourlock is in a wired place with KCX acquiring them,
@@improvedgarage Really for all cases Geist has now become the replacement for Colourlock. Ram started Colourlock and now left and created Geist. There are other "True" Leather companies other than Geist at this point. The Leather repair company, and Ledermax (all 3 are European companies unfortunately Leadermax doesn't have a US presence yet) Ledermax is the only one that might actually work with tanneries for leather. For me its important when I want to perform a color repair. you need to have all the coats plus a protection. I'm not sure Geist or Leather repair company supply a separate top coat for their repair kits. I also believe that the cleaners for leather from these 3 are superior for leather care as are their protectants. Some of the tools used such as brushes arent usually recommended by say companies like Ledermax. I think the leather care and faux leather care industry has lots of stuff out there that companies sell as conditioners, and revitalizers, moisturizers cleaners and more that are detrimental for the life of leather.
THOR Canada needs to capitalize on this brand I feel they like are/were ahead of our time and want to purchase from them solely based off my respect for their goal as a brand. I think the purpose of there interior QD being a different scent than the cleaner and conditioner is the fact that typically the cleaner and conditioner go together when you are doing a deep clean and the QD is for in between/maintenance cleans where u won’t necessarily need to condition afterwards which won’t cause the different scents to interfere with each other and they didn’t want to make all there scents the same as well. I really like what you said at the end where if Cleantle can prove you can have high performing products that are safe and are also priced well than there’s no excuse for other company’s to not do the same. I think these guys can really push these brands in the US very quick to revisit their chemical makeup because a lot of us are much more health conscious nowadays, as we should be. Cant wait to see you try out the exterior products as well. I haven’t looked forward to you reviewing a brand this much since I heard you’ll be testing out CarPro. Descale one of the most impressive products I’ve ever used to this day. Cheers

Yea! youre all my friends and we are just hanging out.
Thanks for covering these products! I'm very interested in anything that works great and is healthier to use.
We need an Improved Garage California meetup! I am in SoCal but I'd be more than happy to travel north a bit for one.
Great review of the interior products!! I am very excited to give Cleantle a try…I’m excited to hear what you think about the wheel and tire cleaner!

Just across your video. Great demonstration and explanation of the products. Have you used the Interior Cleaner+ on screens to see how it performs?
Nice video review
Got the Interior cleaner and Glossify from Thor with IG10. Interested on your thoughts regarding glossify once you try. Ty.
