KISS ARMY NATION PODCAST Ep. 109 - An Interview with Martin Popoff

Born in Castlegar, British Columbia, our guest tonight is a prominent music journalist, critic, author, and artist. At approximately 7900 (with over 7000 appearing in his books), he has unofficially written more record reviews than anybody in the history of music writing across all genres. Additionally, he has penned approximately 120 books on hard rock, heavy metal, prog, punk, classic rock and record collecting. The good news for KISS fans is…a new KISS book, “KISS at 50” is in the works and soon to be released and we couldn’t be happier. We are really honored to have with us, Mr. Martin Popoff.

Martin is a great guest! I saw him on Three Sides recently so I just had to watch this one too. Unfortunately most music critics and reviewers come off as snobby and obnoxious but Martin is so fun, kind, and engaging. I might have to check out his upcoming book! Great episode guys, thanks!
