Yes, I did the foundation program. I didn’t do the program justice to be honest, as I wasn’t consistent with my actions, but still got the speed back up to about 118 mph. My driver e-speed started at 112 mph so not a bad increase.
You can pick up some speed radars for less than $100 on EBay if you’re lucky. As to the accuracy though, the PRGR is very good and similar to Trackman for clubhead speed and ball speed. I really think that you do need something to track the speed though when speed training if you’re serious about getting results. It’s become an expensive game, I’m afraid.
