thanks for sharing. just wondering you sure to put 10g instant yeast? sounds too much… normally 325g bread flour dough will only collaborate 3g instant yeast. first proof for 1hr. alternative would be fresh yeast 12g for proofing an hour. 😊

脫脂本身無問題。因為全脂本身係油脂,對gluten形成有妨礙。所以配方如果有用奶粉會用脫脂。但坊間脫脂奶嘅成分吾太純正,液體我會用全脂奶。
麵團全脂牛奶120ml改部份為cream, 會更香更軟

I think keep using new plastic wrap each time to ferment is not very environmental friendly. Otherwise it is good receipt.
